Having a kitchen area in our room was great; close to DFW airport; large selection of restaurants within a 10 minute drive; & the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The wifi didn’t work in my first room so had to move. The staff were very helpful facilitating this.

Upon check in the shift supervisor charged me 2 times more than he should’ve. He then lied and said he couldn’t see what I could see in my banking application and I would have to wait until a member of management was there to assist. I later found out that he was the shift manager by someone who worked under him and was able to see the charges. The gaslighting, not taking responsibility, lying and tying my funds was enough to ruin my travel which is unfortunate because I travel there to work monthly.

Snazzy, updated appearance, clean, lots of space inside and out to sit and relax, happy hour from 5-6:30 pm, nice breakfast, staff helpful and friendly. Shuttle to DFW.

It’s a little noisy being that it’s right along the interstate.

Really friendly staff and great facilities. The bed was comfy and we loved having a kitchenette.

Easy checkin process with friendly front desk staff. Room was large and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

Had everything I needed in kitchen. Nice soaps and lotions. Great view. Easy to operate big window shades. 6 or 7 min from Parking Spot North DFW

The only thing that I didn't like was that we couldn't get our remote to work with our TV but the staff did give us a second control but we didn't want to move to amother room. I think in future the staff needs to make sure everything is working properly.

I loved how the staff was friendly and this hotel has everything you need but staff need to provide more help because our remote wasn't working. We didn't bother going downstairs and complain again. We didn't need the TV but it's a nice option to have a working remote with the TV because the second night it wasn't working at all. My only suggestion just make sure everything is working properly. But I loved everything you guys provide. I'm definitely coming again to stay at this location .

Really not much that I didn't like except for the shower door didn't close all the way and there will not any different options really with meat at breakfast would have liked to have a choice between Turkey and sausage and different fruit for the yogurt bar pineapple would have been great

You have to ask the front desk to switch from heat to air in your room. Very inconvenient.

I reserved 2 rooms, both were supposed to have 1 king bed 1 sofa. We are a family of 7 and it was very uncomfortable to share our beds.

Upholstered furniture in the room was stained and well used - could use a cleaning or replacement. The pool area was unattended and very run down. Pool water was in need of filtering. Disappointing as we’d hope to enjoy this feature with temps over 90° each day while visiting.

Staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices both hot and cold options. Room was very clean.

Really enjoyed every aspect!

Definitely exceeded my expectations! The rooms were SO comfy! The shower was so relaxing after a very long drive and being able to lay back in a super comfy and clean bed while watching some netflix on a big Samsung TV was a great way to end my day! Plus the breakfast the next morning was so fresh and had a large variety of foods!

The room was enormous and stylish, the gym was a REAL gym, not like most hotel gyms, and the breakfast buffet was varied and bountiful. The staff was great, too
