Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Address provided on Booking.com does not match the actual entrance for the hotel. This caused a significant delay in my check-in process.

We didn’t like the staff. The day we arrived, our room wasn’t ready (it was past the hour to do the check-in.) The staff was very rude and told us that our room wasn’t ready and to wait for 1 hour, she didnt even apologized.

The check in on the app says starting at 3 pm and the reception doesn’t give you the key until 4 pm
Great location and nice room. The breakfast was okay it didn’t had a variety to choose but the food was tasty.

Nothing loved everything. Pool side Staff even worked hard to get smoker out of smoke free zones. Even though she was constantly ignored by one rude man.
The night shift front desk girls on Thursday and Friday were very helpful ! They went above and beyond to make our family as comfortable as possible. Our stay was short but very sweet.

$30 day resort fee. Could be used at bar or restaurant for food and drink only; could not be used for taxes and built in service charges/gratuity.
Great location in Brickell. Close to MetroRail and MetroMover. 30 minute walk to Bayside or Little Havana. Good breakfast. Kitchenette with full sized fridge was nice to have.

There's some outside noise but within the expected considering it's in the middle of the city. Some lower level rooms might be bothered by the train passing by but it runs from 6am to 11pm aprox. The beds were a bit soft.
Great value for the money. The hotel is modern, clean and the location is excellent.

Very poor variety of breakfast, no eggs, cheese, bacon, ham etc. Only waffles and poor choice of fruits.

Room temperature. Even with A/C down to 68, room felt humid and damp. Shower had weird chemical smell.

Room was cold - cold air was blowing during the night even A/C was off. No heating. Its needed to train employees better, I paid whole stay (100% amount) via booking.com in advance, but has been charged again during the check-in. I thought it is only security deposit as usual in the US hotels. (There was no amount on the terminal display) After my complaints it was solved by another receptionist. Fire alarm during our stay, fortunately negative, but kids were scared. Pricey mini market. Honestly, we were staying in Hilton Garden Inn (next to Dolphin Mall) too and their mini shop was affordable, with relatively friendly prices...
Location - close to everything. Brickell station with direct line to the airport, mall, supermarket, restaurants. Walking distance to downtown, Bayfront park, etc... Amazing, really amazing, views from the building especially in the evening. Very clean. Friendly staff. No problem to store your luggage or check-in earlier if your room is ready. Appreciate this.

The breakfast could have more variety. It was good, but options were limited. The food at the bar was not very good.
The room was way better than I expected. It was quite big and super nice. everything was new and clean. I liked that they had exercise class everyday included and 2 hours free bike, so could go and explore the city.

The lighting and lack of mirrors & outlets. The lightening was very poor especially where the long mirror is. They also offer a complimentary car that takes you within one mile… what we didn’t know was that there was only one car. So we pretty much waited in line thinking there were several but it was only one.
Melessa and Vanessa were amazing during our entire stay! The breakfast was surprisingly really good and the pool was nice too. I also loved the location.

There was a little mishap before I got to the property but when I arrived they ensured I had a great experience ! It was my birthday and I walked into my room which had a bottled of chilled wine with balloons decorating it :) the hotel is kept very clean , the room was spacious and I loved the city views with the boats passing by. The pool was great (wish they opened a little later in the night) and the pool bar had great drinks! I tried breakfast and it was okay . Select options for each day, staff was friendly and helpful bar breakfast. Will definitely visit again
