Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing that could be improved, and this is one of those first-world-spoiled brat problems, is that when there is a large group of people in the lobby for breakfast, it can take a while to get the fresh-cooked pancakes/waffles. They have many other items to choose from; you won't go hungry.
This is a newer, great hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, and the size is excellent. If you're going to a show at the Fillmore, you can't get any closer.

United StatesThe breakfast left my kids still hungry and unhappy. If there was more of a hot breakfast variety. Next visit I probably will plan to cook in my room, so that's not too big of a problem. My family was just expecting a continental breakfast like other stays at previous hotels.
I loved how spacious the room was, the beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Staying here melted all my stress away. We enjoyed the fridge, water filter at the sink that took away the city water taste. The dishes and dish washer was also a bonus. We definitely loved this place.

We did not have breakfast so I can not comment on that. The location was perfect. It was very close to the venue we were attending. The rooftop balcony was a nice way to end the evening with a drink and a great way to start our day with a morning coffee. Our room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly all throughout the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

United StatesBreakfast is good but it does not have a great variety to choose from. You have to order the "specialty of the day" breakfast at the kitchen's window and since only one staff prepares it, it takes some time.
The Location is good and the rooms are very spacious. The tap water is filtered and suitable for drinking so no need for water bottles. The staff is very friendly.
