Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyI would improve if possible the elevetor system; most of the time the waiting is too long.
The room is very nice, quite spacious for the standard in Manhattan with a nice view. Very clean and comfortable, nice closet and very nice bathroom and shower.

United StatesThe beds were not queen bed like they confirmed. Those are full size beds. Two adults will not have too much space. And the problem with the elevators that they are so slow and small. We had to wait over 10 minutes to be able to go down the first day.
The location was great to walk around NY City. The room was super clean and comfortable.

United StatesWe paid slightly more for a city view room. Unfortunately condensation between the window panes obstructed the view to a degree. If you wanted to take a photograph of the scenery, it would be a fuzzy shot. No hotel parking meant, we had to purchase expensive parking nearby.
FRIENDLY STAFF. Every staff member we encountered were smiling and welcoming. In the lobby there was great guidance and help with the elevators and entering and exiting the facility. Having a kitchenette in our room was a huge plus. We enjoyed the location, and hotel breakfast,

AustraliaBreakfast good, however given the cost of accommodation - guests having to use disposable plastic cutlery, paper plates, cups etc at breakfast is not what I would expect from a Marriott Hotel.
Walking distance to subway station, Times Square, broadway, & tourist attractions.

Great location, next to 2 main subways if required. Clean and tidy room, big comfy bed, kitchenette well equipped. Good varied breakfast, we always found a table. Nice touches like complimentary fresh drinking water available and Happy Hour with cheese, bread, olives and popcorn available. Friendly and helpful staff. Wifi worked well. We didn't have an issue with the lift, maybe brekfasting early avoided the wait?!

BulgariaWe were on the third floor - didn't have to use the elevators, which are only 3 and a huge wait, but it was very noisy from the street, and we had to sleep with ear plugs.
Great location, water and coffee is available all day, during week nights there are complimentary drinks and snacks and tea at night time. Fitness is small, but very convenient and open 24/7

Netherlands- There are only 3 elevators and they are VERY busy. At times, you need to wait a long time to be able to take them. I'm fit enough to use the stairs, but it's a high building with 40 floors, so it's something to pay attention to if you have any limitations. I was in the 9th, so it was ok. But be mindful of this if you are staying on a higher floor. - I was there for almost 10 days in a triple room. The triple room offered only 2 beds, so I had to share a bed with my mom. This was definitely not ideal. It would be great to have an extra mattress or a sofa bed instead. - The room is only cleaned every other day, so for a room with 3 people it can get a bit messy. The breakfast is also busy, and depending on the time you go, there may not be tables. Still, the options are okay, and you can always take the food and eat in your room. It's not the best, but it's possible.
- The hotel is decent and close to the metro/bus terminal. - The region is suitable for tourism but a bit too busy for me. Walking distance from the Times Square. You have plenty of restaurants, 1 seven eleven, many cafes, a CVS, a Target, and other options that are very close. - The room was big and had a good kitchen structure. - The gym was very good, quite complete and open 24h. - The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in earlier as there was a room available (I was already in the city but in a different hotel). - You can receive packages with no cost (Amazon orders, for example)

United KingdomBreakfast was poor quality. Lifts in the hotel are very slow and keep breaking down so we wasted quite a bit of time trying to get to and from our room on 28 floor. Air conditioning in the room quite dated, smelly and loud
Great location, friendly staff, good kitchenette in the room with all basic utensils we needed. Good bathroom. Nice small rooftop terrace.
