the beds were too small even for my little kids to share. there was mold in the window and around the sink in the bathroom

The security of the building needs to be improved. Anyone can enter and have access to the suites. They should consider requiring people to use their room key to get upstairs. it would make me feel safer when using their facility.

The property is in a great location! Even though most shops in the plaza are closed, the area is great and makes it easy to get around in DC. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful! The chef that makes the breakfast omelette’s is top tier!

With the rooms being so close together it always felt like someone was knocking on the door throughout the night kinda making it hard to sleep

our room was comfortable except following issues: tub didn’t drain; toilet needed to be fixed (kept running) maintenance person came to room & fixed; front desk staff gets a 6 rating ; booked through Booking.com… tried to charge us extra than confirmed booking cost… resolved

Garage parking is $26 - but I think the hotel rate was low enough that it balanced out

property was comfortable and the staff was great. I had an event and brought my teenage son - we needed to eat late and we’re happy to have the Cheesecake Factory in the building. Love breakfast at Embassy Suites.

there was 2 ladies arguing and throwing doors the whole night!! it was 3:30 am when I finally had to call front desk because I couldn’t sleep. they kept arguing and screaming at each other so loud. It seems like it was outside out room!!

The evening reception has changed a but, no bar seating anymore. The drinks are served from a cart now which is ok but they cut the reception from 5pm to 8pm to the new time which is 5:30 to 7. Also ran out of liquor pretty quick and weren't willing to restock. No bar food offered anymore just chips and pretzels.

Very clean hotel as always. I have stayed here multiple times and it still has not disappointed. Staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and stocked. Pool was nice and warm and never crowded.

Excellent location! We also loved that you can get to the Cheesecake Factory without leaving the building, as it was cold outside. The breakfast was very convenient as well. we would definitely stay there again.

Couldn't use the pool because of unsupervised children. This was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. I was very disappointed. There we're no adults present. And you charge 260.00 a night the 38.00 for parking? That's crazy ridiculous.

The room needs a little updating for cleanliness. The paint was chipping and the bathroom floors were dirty in the grout. I think if it were updates it would look clean!

I liked the evening reception. The rooms were also spacious so that was great traveling with small children.
