Was very inconvenient on the layout , elevators took long, dirty floor very out dated. Was checked in with 2 tickets for my husband and me as a welcome cocktail and got to the bar , had one bartender only and had to get on a line for 15 people , poor girl was overwhelmed, we left. Did not get our cocktail at the end. Breakfast was so out of options that we end up going to a Restaurant the next morning.

We had a late check-in, after 8pm. We had been traveling all day with a 17-month-old who was beside himself exhausted. I requested a crib at the time of booking, followed up with a phone call directly to the hotel, was assured a crib would be waiting for us; I followed up the day before we arrived and was assured by the hotel staff that a crib was available. When we arrived, there was no crib available. That evening and the following day were absolutely terrible due to him not getting a good night's sleep in a crib as promised and expected with so much follow-up on my end. That was completely unacceptable and feel I should not be charged for that first night's stay.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were out of this world great! Super friendly, made sure we were taken care of well, and the breakfast was delicious very morning!

Mirror was broken outdated, same with the fitness center half of the machine were not in working conditions, the bedroom is very spacious which is great but very dark.

I called the day before to let them know I was at another hotel for a work event and had to check out at 11 and couldn’t check in there until 3, they told me to call when I was headed that way and they would try to get our rooms ready. I did that and they made us sit for 5 hours. At that point I pitched a fit, this was 4 pm and still no room. I asked to see the manager and instead of her coming out, they gave us different rooms, all I could think is why didn’t they do that in the first place?? Not impressed with the manager. If housekeeping is still cleaning rooms at 4, maybe the manager needs to be pitching in.

The property is nice and the rooms are great. The breakfast is good but it’s the same thing every day, they need to change it up.

I appreciate the hospitality that the staff provided for me during my stay. Every single staff member from the front desk receptionist, to the cleaning staff, to the staff during breakfast and the after hours receptionist. I do also appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the accessibility to all the attractions within a short distance of the hotel. Thanks again !

THERE WAS NOTHING NOT TO LIKE, EVERYTHING WAS A-OKAY!

LOVED THE ARRAY OF BREAKFAST ITEMS, BOTH HOT AND COLD. THE ROOM WAS BIGGER THAN I EXPECTED, IT WAS MORE OF A SUITE THEN THE AVERAGE HOTEL ROOM, THERE WAS SMALL SINK FOR WASHING UP AND A MICROWAVE FOR WARMING UP FOOD.

The hotel overbooked and I missed out on my reservation, the hot tub didn’t work, and breakfast was not flavorful at all and the reception hour drink options were terrible, no fun like previous Embassy’s I’ve visit. Reception hour is a time for gathering and if the bar tender along with the drinks are good than you should get a better turn out.

Wasn’t assigned room on higher floor as promised Fitness equipment defective..treadmills kept stopping every couple minutes. Scary! Printer in business center did not work. Cocktail hour a joke.. warm beer!
