We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you walked thought the hall for the rooms outside were dirty plates, forks and cups that do not supposed to be there. I really had big expectation for this hotel, but I’m very disappointed.

United StatesThe hotel room was dirty and very dated. The mattress on the pull out sofa couch was spotted and extremely dirty. The surfaces still had fingerprint marks and the room was overall not what I expected from the pictures. The recent reviews were very telling. For almost $400 for one night in a less than mediocre hotel, I wasn’t pleased.
The staff was nice although they could have explained the parking validation a little easier. The two complimentary drinks during evening reception was a nice touch.

United StatesPool area needed some cleaning. Complimentary happy hour was lackluster. Snacks provided were veggies and dip. I would suggest just charging for food or just have drinks as the food presentation looked cheap. Swim lessons going on in half the pool that is already small was pretty ridiculous. Swim lessons were going on between 3-5pm each afternoon which was prime time for paying guests. Overall, the location was nice and rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly, especially cleaning crew.

United StatesTV, after long day the television is the best way to unwind, your hotel needs smart tv's. Whether I'm in Chicago, Florida, Oklahoma or Illinois, they all have smart television. Guests log into their accounts me I have, paramount+, Disney+, Netflix plus music accounts. It was kind of disappointing your standard tv wanted me to pay for movies and I didn't have access to the accounts I already pay for. Your Guests definitely pay for that, and will make families with children who watch something for 5 minutes then something else, then something else, if you have children you know they are all over when it comes to watching a show. Other than that a 10 for your hotel.

United StatesI didn’t realize I booked double beds instead of queens. This was my fault, but made for some crammed sleeping arrangements.
The hotel was in a beautiful location. The neighborhood is very upscale and we always felt safe. The metro access was directly across the street and, as a family of 5 using the metro for the first time, it was very easy to figure out, affordable, and clean/safe. Hotel staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. There’s a reception every evening with free cocktails and snacks. The room was clean and quiet. No issues with temperature of the room as others have recently complained about.

United StatesThey had over booked and I had to find another place. I am 72 years old 6:30at night in a strange place with a injured husband. I had always wanted to stay at an embassy suite so I was very disappointed. We went to eat and as I looked everywhere is full because of cherry blossoms. I found a garden inn that cost me more for 1 night than I paid the for two at embassy which I booked the 4th of March . We had to wait in the lobby foe2.5 hours for a cab. One of the employees used his Uber account and we were immediately picked up. I gave him cash and thanked him. We get to the garden inn no room. It was 11:00 at night. This night manager told me she had 2 rooms that the people had not claimed. She waited till 1am and called to verify they were not coming.. by 1:30 we were in our room. We were going to stay until Friday but because we were so tried we went home that day. I am not sure if we will ever stay at a Hilton again.

United StatesThe beds were horrible. They were hard and needed replacing plus they squeeked something horrible. The first room we had my wife pulled back the bed covers and there was human hair left on the sheets and a hair scrunchee in the floor. She has the pictures. That means the sheet were not changed. There was only one elevator working which was a big hassel for everyone. Then you have a bar that never opened.
The hotel furnishings in the rooms are nice. The location was good
