Have stayed here before and would stay again. Only thing that was a bit concerning was the parking lot always has some sketchy vehicles that look like people live in them, but have never had any issues.

I didn't like how the ice machine was on the main lobby and not on each individual floor. The room didn't have an alarm clock so I had a hard time keeping track of time and getting up early to do early tasks.

The emerald inn is the best place to stay if you don't want to be right in the middle of the busy city. There's many things to do around the area and it's easy to get around. Lots of options for food, lots of shopping centers, and tons of attractions to visit.

it was really hard to get around the far side of the bed in the room, very close to the air conditioner and wall. No bedside table on that wall either. Both my husband and I use CPAP and need something to hold the device next to the bed. We moved the desk chair over the bed and it barely fit next to the bed for me to use. Bathroom is very small but ok, water stains from apparent leak on the ceiling. Complementary shampoo only no conditioner, but not a big deal.

I have no complaints. It was fine.

Didn’t have breakfast. Many places to eat and/or obtain food close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations generally were practical and clean. My son was comfortable and happy during the time he was here. I really appreciated that one of the desk clerks loaned my son his own iPad charger for a few hours.

Nice lobby, friendly staff, easy check in and out, convenient parking, comfortable king bed and great location for restaurants and shopping. Also, it was very quiet during the night for sleeping.

Definite decline from what it used to be. Receptionist both look unprofessional in t-shirts with writing more suited to a backyard BBQ. Put them in a nice looking polo at the very least!

Top bed cover had a (presumably) cigarette burn in it.

It is an older hotel for sure, and fairly dated. However, the room appeared tidy, it was VERY quiet, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. Staff, a European sounding dude, was friendly and helpful. Close to the Myth and food options/shopping, etc.

Messy construction on ceiling repair was happening right outside room door. I had to move work station in order to pass the mess with my suitcase. And the mess or paint stunk. I would think a week day would be a better time to do this and not on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was please to see it was completed and cleaned up that evening. Maybe it was just poor timing

Elevator didn't work - had to haul luggage up 2 floors. Toilet did not work properly, afvised staff. Refrig froze all items at all cold levels - sodas burst & gruit, cheese froze. Had to clean it ourselves. We stayed there a few years ago, but the facilities are tired with many blemishes & condition issues.

Accommodated promptly by staff, requesting upper level room. Great view from 5th floor. Great location, near stores& restaurants as well as nearby lake. Good connection to highway.

There needs to be available electrical outlets near the bed for charging your devices. The bathroom was also too small and needs some repairs & updating. The furniture in the room really needs to be tossed in the garbage and replaced.

I liked the firmness of the mattress and the space the room had. The fridge was nice to have.
