I could hear everything through the walls and the stairs. The room was also not as clean as I expected since I found an insect in the utensils drawer and some spiderwebs around the blinds.

I liked the size of the room, the bed, the security to get in, and the location. The room was really nice just like the photos. The staff was also very responsive when I realized my fridge was not working and then they came to see what was going on.

The Upstairs Guests were Very Loud, Coming Home early morning hours (3:30am) & Making a lot of Noise Walking Around with Heavy/Heeled Shoes & What sounded like Moving Around Heavy Objects - I would suggest adding Carpet to High Traffic Areas for Sound Absorption.

The Host was very Responsive & Attentive to Communications & Requests. The Info to Check-In was Detailed & Helpful, & the Room Accommodations were Clean & Adequate, Much Better than a Hotel.

I really liked this studio, it was super convenient for balboa park, downtown as well as other areas. There’s a little plane noise in the day but I didn’t hear many at night. The gentleman in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend a stay here!

It’s in the flight path of the airport and the walls are very thin between units so it can be noisy

parking was a little hassle but not bad at all

I loved the security first of all. it was so clean and super cute. I was so comfortable. It may seem like a bummer because of the planes flying over, but you can hardly hear them in the room at all. everything was so comfy.

The bed was comfortable, however it's smaller than a queen size so if you are a couple who likes its space on the bed than that might be small for you

The only thing I did not like about the room was that the side glass door has no curtain or privacy and it’s on the side directly as you come out of the restroom. If you wanted to walk out freely you can see inside. I would love it if some type of pull down blinds would be added. I would have felt just a big more comfortable. We had to put a towel hanging on the door.

-The Location is very convenient only a 5 min drive to Gaslamp area and Little Italy. -There is parking available around the apartments. We were always able to find parking very close to the apartments. -The room was very clean!

My stay was perfect. The building is in a perfect area close to downtown, many beaches and the highway. It was very clean and comfortable. The safety of the unit is also great with the lock codes for each entrance. The unit had everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one.

I did not like the request to not flush toilet paper!? I found this rather peculiar, and on the other side of acceptable.

Location was great and price was reasonable. Very easy to get in and out and good parking.

No elevator. You will have a hard time going up the stairs if with heavy luggages.

check out time was too early at 10 am. quit noise either from other room or airplane fly over. bed frame was not very stable, a bit shaky and making noise when turn around.

check in instruction was clean and easy. building is urban and clean with full equipped room

the second night someone used the room on top of ours and we were able to hear every step they took, if something was dropped and non stop music

so much to say here. all I needed was a nice place to crash during my business travels. first of all, this place is way over priced. certainly secure with 3 codes to enter, but make sure you don’t trip over the bums as they pass out around the property. the bed is a joke and felt a little bit like an over stuffed sleeper couch I remember from my college days. the street noise is unbelievable, and your view from the patio is certainly Balboa park (really a hill), but also includes colorful homeless tents to admire along with their activities:). pubic hair in the shower, nice. if the person above has shoes on, you will hear every step. this place should max out at $100 tops per night, and more disclosures should be included. in case you didn’t pick up on this, I would never stay at this property again
