We did not spend the night and ended up paying for a second hotel due to not feeling safe with our UHaul in the parking lot, and being told there was a homeless population there and then seeing multiple cars pull up near it and the people not getting out of their cars.

Didn’t have an indoor pool for our kids.

Staff seemed very nice. Breakfast had a good variety. Roomed seemed decently clean. Beds could have been more comfortable. I liked how the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Hallways were dingy and carpet worn. Fire alarm went off twice during night. Free breakfast had weak coffee and bacon was sliced paper thin.

Quiet, comfortable room with excellent walk in shower. Decent free breakfast.

the front desk took very long to check us in, even everything was pre-paid. the staff wasn't happy to help book the transport to the airport, and when the driver came to pick us up in the morning they did not have us on the list of attendees at first and then found us last minute before leaving, even though we were the first to show up. they were super unorganized and adding undo stress to a hectic morning. the driver wasn't friendly and still requested we tip him. the facilities and room were damp and wet (the rug, the bed, the couch, etc). the whole room smelled moist and unclean, the bathroom had brown rings in the toilet and brown lines in the shower as if old and built up dirty/grime. the AC had this horrible ringing sound when we had it running, but at 98 degrees outside, we had to use the AC to even try to sleep comfortably, although we couldn't sleep with the ringing the AC unit was making all through the night. the free breakfast consisted of a small continental breakfast, including some small cereal packets, a coffee machine, dried bagels, and off brand cups of yogurt.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a nights' stay. The room had many outlets for charging and a TV. The hotel offered transport to the airport for free. The hotel offered free breakfast. the hotel allowed a late check-in.

Didn't like the water dripping from ceiling in our room on last night of our stay. Made it hard to sleep with water dripping all night

The room carpet was unacceptably dirty. We were in a pet room and it was so filthy I didn't take off my shoes until I got into bed. The hall carpet was also very dirty along with the stairwell.

Matt at front desk exceptional. He was really busy but always took the time to answer questions, give directions, etc. Breakfast room clean, staff excellent and good food. Highly recommend

Facility was very run down. Room was damp & musty. Hallways carpets stained. Could not get water in shower to quit dripping. Bathtub was dirty when I got in the room

Photos on the website are very deceiving. There were stains throughout the hallways and were dimly lit. Pool photo indicated that the pool was indoors, but it was an outdoor pool. Room was okay, but could have been cleaner. There was black mold on the refrigerator seal.
