Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The night desk clerk did something wrong with our reservation. Even though we got emailed and texted confirmation that we had reserved for 2 nights online, and she looked up our reservation, she only entered our reservation in for one night. That meant that when we came back the next afternoon, we were locked out of our room. The day desk clerk said that even though we had confirmation of our reservation for 2 nights, there was nothing she could do and that we had been placed on a do not rent list. They did let us into our room to get our belongings. The day clerk blamed us for not noticing the error that the night clerk had made.
The room was clean and the location was ok. The price was good for the area.

There was only a sheet to cover yourself, and there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner. the tile in the floor was loose as was the toilet when you sat on it. it would move.
There was no breakfast and the location was ok

I had to clean the room myself because the cleaning people didn't have my room ready. And I had to change everything out towels,sheets. And the shower wall was coming off so I went to the store and got some caulk and fixed it up and the wall were nasty I had to clean them too. Then around 12 am I'm sitting on the bed in my towel and my boyfriend is asleep on the bed next to me and some lady opens the door even if I had it locked and the bolt on it yet she still was able to come in she knock like one time and just came in I was shocked and she said this room isn't supposed to be occupied so yeah good luck.

property had changed owners since I booked and checking in was not easy. The hangars in the room were all broken. The tv cable was not set up.

1. Roaches in room. 2. No smoking rooms (extremely too hot to be outside for a cigarette). 3. Should be allowed to smoke in a room with the security deposit. 4. Needs extra night shift security on duty. 5. Poor television channels. 6. Temperature is ridiculous not to have a large body of water for guess to enjoy themselves (pool & pool area needed). 7. Roaches in room.
Staff are friendly and professional. Close to light rail, bus stops, bars, and restaurants. Quite area.

The fact that this time I had to use my card for a deposit and have to wait 10 days for it to come back when I was told it would be back in the morning.

The next room we're allowed to drink and smoke and play loud music until the security guard finally made his rounds and told them to stop. The phone to contact the desk or call out didn't work. No lights on east side of property causing a hazard.
The room was ready with lights on as well as tv. So it was inviting. Nice touch.

Get new bathtubs and clean out drain system also outside doors are warped and don't seal well and can see daylight through the sides and bottom. Thank you

The door didn’t seal all the way so the monsoon rain came right in. The door doesn’t even close all the way unless it’s locked. I think I’m more upset that they used to have a pool but don’t anymore. It’s still hot in Arizona.

The late chick-in window was awkwardly grungy and strong food smells seeping through the tiny glass window. The room numbers and/or walkway are not lite so we had drive past our room three times before we found it.
A clean room with a good size refrigerator/freezer and microwave.
