The three lobby attendants never greeted with a smile, the room didn’t have a remote and calling the front desk she said the extras were locked up and then hung up on me. Your advertisement says breakfast included. Coffee, muffins and a granola bar is hardly considered a continental breakfast

The beds were nice and it was nice to have a thermostat instead of a blowing heater next to the window

We were told there is no coffee pot (lied) no laundry soap, no one cleaned our room, there were non-cooked breakfasts, staff were constantly asking if we're staying at the hotel, and made us natives feel unwelcome, no swimming pool, strong Marijuana and cigarette smoke odor, even in the hallway.

Parking is horrible Kitchenette but no plates. Cups, coffee pot, pans utensils. No hair dryer. AC never worked and never given a different room option. They tried to fix it. No hot tub under repair during peak travel season. No weights in fitness room Washer dryer each floor nice but need service. Room key badge swipe did not work to enter building. It looks like alot of work being done but very slow progress

We lived in Anchorage years ago so the location was great. The staff tried the best they could but it seemed they had very limited resources to do more.

Incompetent rude unresponsive to guests request, hotel workers came to work and went straight to breakfast bar, filled their thermoses with coffee, back packs with muffins, oatmeal,etc. July 14 we were gone during the day and returned to find out the TV had been unplugged from wall socket? Someone with a key unlawfully entered our room and committed a heinous act. I requested a room on an upper floor and was denied. A nighttime employee was aware of how I was treated and indicated changes were needed. He is working to complete his higher education program.
