Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The person above us was Extremely Loud sounded like they were moving furniture all night until 4:00 a.m. then begin again at 7:00 a.m. we did not get any sleep

The room had defects. The bathroom tile was stained. The carpet coming into the bathroom had a gap between it and the tile. The room felt dated. The blackout curtains did not close at all. The television had no input, so zero channels. We couldn't use it at all.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

I am more of a pillow top matress, so for me it took me a while to fall asleep. My husband, on the other hand, didnt have any complaints on the matress.
The location and admenities were perfect. We were able to get to our desired location very quickly. The hot breakfast was a great start to our busy day ahead. The gym equipment was a nice assortment to get in the evening work out, then you could relax in the pool afterwards.

In our bathroom, you could tell the age of the hotel. Also, no bar of soap, and not enough towels provided.

No drawers for your clothing or other miscellaneous in your hotel room. We travel alot. Never experienced this. You either hang up few pieces with the 8 hangers provided or keep everything in your suitcase. Did not like this at all. Especially when sharing suitcase with another person.
Breakfast very good. Hot and cold. Everyday scramble eggs and a different type of egg. Example omlette, egg muffin and Hard boiled egg. Same with meat, ham, sausage or bacon.Very clean and organized hotel. Beds and pillows great. Nice location.

Bath tub was dirty. Mold around the top of the tub. I never understand why hotel tubs are like this. A little Clorox with bleach sprayed in these areas will make the mold disappear without scrubbing. If the bleach smell is a problem, rinse it good and turn the fan on. I’d rather smell clean bleach then use a moldy tub. At least I know it’s clean. The price is too high for the small room. No seating area or even a chair to sit on. Price too high for location.
Most comfortable, clean hotel bed that I have ever slept in. Best breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff refilling breakfast items was very nice and helpful.

Our bathroom wasn't exactly the cleanest. The tub and toilet were not clean.

The key card did not work at my end of the hall. I like using that instead of having to go through the lobby I was surprised that housekeeping was not done at all during my stay. Worst thing was being in the shower and finding the shampoo container and body wash container empty.
Location was very convenient for me. Breakfast is decent though some days they did not have what menu said they had staff said some stuff had not been delivered. Bed comfortable. I liked having a convenience area for snacks and necessities.

Pool had way way too much chlorine. So much so kids didn't stay in there long. Tub/shower needed to be redone (big)place where white was missing.
Rooms were nice and clean. . Loved that there were two tvs. Breakfast was delicious and great selection. Beds comfortable. Love the soap and shampoo/conditioner were in the wall.
