The staff was great and when I needed something they didn't hesitate to help me. I didn't like that I had to go down and ask for clean towels for the next day because no one came around and picked up the towels that was used the day before. I didn't like that there wasn't enough clean towels in the pool area. But after all it was the holiday so there was probably not enough staff but other than that everything was good, I will visit again.

the breakfast was ok. The location was great just 3 minutes away from my sister's house. That's what my family said they went down I stayed in the room I am not a breakfast eater. They told me that you didn't have a toaster but of course I wasn't down there.

I was already booked and prepaid through your service. Upon arrival I was told the room I booked and paid for was “unavailable “ but that they would “complimentary upgrade my room to a suite” and then made me insert my credit card for “incidentals” and I was charged $320.00. I reported twice to front desk and was told the charges would reverse when I checked out. Yesterday I had to call them back as my money was not returned and they told me that once they confirmed my paid booking with you then they would refund, they refunded but not $320.00 I was owed, only $275.14 was refunded.

Outside first impression upon entering was not good. Trash was full, cigarette butts all over, sidewalks were full of debris falling from tree.

The staff was very friendly, great service. The breakfast was phenomenal, along with all the workers serving. They fed a lot of people that morning!

You need to alternate breakfast foods . By the third day , we decided to eat elsewhere . Also , I gave a low score on facilities because we did not have hot water for our stay and the air conditioner not working properly and was so noisy .

Elevator sounds and feels like something is not ok with it. I and other guests were walking upstairs to 4th and 5th floor!! No safe in the room which I expect at this price point.

Prompt response to requests. We used a meeting room and staff did a great job helping with audiovisual challenges.

I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but got a king bed with a pull out couch. It wasn't a huge inconvenience, so I didn't mention it to staff. The waffle station at the breakfast bar was not functional because the batter dispenser didn't work.

I held an executive king size room on reservation with 2 queen size beds for me and a friend. Instead I received a suite with one bed and a sofa bed. Friend had to sleep on sofa. However, I liked the room rate better.

We had to change rooms because the first one gave my husband a backache. He felt like the head of the bed was tilting down. Flashing light on the alarm system by the bed was a constant annoyance throughout the night. Refrigerator in first room was so noisy we had to unplug it. Toilet seat was a round one - which is very uncomfortable for men. Flashing alarm light was in the second room too. This bed felt like the sides were tilting towards the middle of the bed. Improvement in toilet seat to an elongated one. Nice! We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and had an excellent experience, which is why we chose to stay here again. Sadly, this experience wasn't as comfortable as before. Biggest issue is that the staff could not find our reservation upon arrival. We booked the room through booking.com. Apparently they put the last name as "and Greg" instead of our last name. I don't understand why our confirmation number didn't pull up the room when the last name didn't work? Makes no sense. Anyway, someone finally found it and got us checked in without further trouble. I'm pretty sure this issue can be blamed on booking.com and not the hotel staff.

I had to change rooms due to my initial room was not cleaned properly. The room decor could use a little modern looking atmosphere.

The shower was a little dirty - some soap scum stains on the shower curtain and there was some mold/mildew in the shower itself. A small annoyance was the small television. Personally I don’t have a TV in my bedroom and watching TV in bed is a favorite when I do stay in a hotel. The TV in the room was small and slow to respond to the remote.

The experience was exactly what I expected from a hotel at this price point. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The beds seemed new-ish with clean linens. Breakfast included yogurt, pastries, waffle bar, and hot food like eggs and sausage.

I booked this hotel over others because it has a hot tub but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. And we got 2 rooms keys only one worked, took the nonworking key to the front desk they fixed that key then the other key stopped working.

Hotel and room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious with lots of options.
