I wasn’t too impressed by the air-conditioning system. It seemed like the room had to get really warm before it came on and then it was extremely cool.

The staffless friendly, the location was easy to get to and the room was clean.

hot and cold faucet pipes in bathroom are reversed. shower curtain bar is too high and curtain does not prevent water from splashing on the floor. Toilet was too low for adults. My Marriott Bonvoy membership was not eligible for points because I made my reservation thru a so-called third party, Booking.com

The breakfast was very disappointing..However, the sign explaining the slow arrival of some supplies and the 'safety measures' involved in 'food handling' because of Covid-19 did explain the disappointing 'packaged food'..

Unprofessional Manager. Very dirty place. Toilets dirty, floors dirty, counters dirty. Other peoples hair everywhere. The new room they gave me was just as dirty as the previous one. Plumbing problems, door locking problems. Stick to the packaged parts of breakfast. Wifi was incredibly bad. less than 1mbps sometimes. They will not fix major issues unless it's business hours. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. I've had better results at a 40 dollar motel, and this place wants 200 a night. Photos are condition when I got in rooms.

The location was the only thing good about this place. That and the linens were clean. It's nice to have a breakfast in the morning but stick to the packaged stuff. I watched staff eat finger food then handle breakfast foods immediately after.

First thing is breakfast is not good at all the whole purpose of taking hotel with breakfast so that way we don't need to worry about morning meal with the kids. I can say breakfast was horrible and not eatable. I have to go out to eat breakfast. Other than that things are okay just beds are not comfortable and tv in the living room is so small. Shades of the room is not good always light comes in the room in the night.

Hotel is clean and location is good as some food places are near by.

Real narrow hallway in the room. Hard to fit with the luggage cart. Little furniture in the room. Was a king bed room could have easily fit a couch. The ac didn’t work very well kept waking up due to the heat. On check out day the breakfast was ransacked around 9:00 with an hour to go and all we had left to eat was eggs.

Standard hotel breakfast. Liked the pool and especially the sauna. Also liked the room keys.

The mattress was not comfortable. The evening staff at checkin did not even greet us and looked like they hated their job. They never smiled and barely made eye contact. Also the room did not appear to have been vacuumed very well. I picked up strings from purchases the previous guests had left.
