Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pool is still closed. Had trouble with streaming on TV's.

Pool wad closed but we didn't know until we got there. I reserved the rooms for family and they charged my card I used to hold the rooms and still charged 1 room to my cousin's card. I called checkout day and was told to call back once charges were no longer pending. Big hassle!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Room was close to elevator and we could hear it at night. Windows did not block out road noise very well. Body wash container in shower was empty
Convenient location and decent accommodations. Bed comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast and coffee very good.

Pool was closed the entire time. Location was hard to get in and out of.
Breakfast was mediocre. The bacon was not crisp but limp and sausage was rubbery.

TV in room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. It was loud at times, easily hearing people in the hallways.

The tub could use some plumbing work. Simply washing my hair while kneeling and bending over to the main faucet filled the tub substantially. In that relatively short time the tub filled 6, maybe 8 inches even though the drain was open.
Breakfast was pretty good. Muffins were excellent. I admit that my usual reason to eat breakfast is hash browns or cottage fries. Breakfast was sans potatoes.No problem.

We filtered our search bc we wanted a pool. The description indicated that the pool was indeed open. So that is why we chose that particular property.. pool was not open. My daughter and I were very disappointed. At that point, i couldn't get a refund or change reservation, so we were stuck. Not happy.
The showers, and breakfast were great.

Asked housekeeper to clean my room when she was cleaning across the hall. She didn’t. In fact, she never cleaned my room the whole week I was there. Exercise room severely lacking in equipment. Pool not open. Decent breakfast with good variation. Coffee was excellent.

Room smelled like BO because the A/C filter was way past due for a change, the key card needed reactivated several times a day and I didnt have anything next to it to cause it to deactivate, need water option on drink machine, ran out of items before breakfast was even over, cable was out due to storm so mgr giving me discount next stay

The food wasn't good and the noise from outside around the area was really loud so we kept getting woke up to that.
The beds were nice and comfortable. The room was good and clean.

The cleanliness was not up to my expectations. The floors were not clean around the beds and the bathroom just needed more of a wipe down. The AC was loud and we couldn't keep the fan on continuously, but the temperature was good.
Location and price were great for what we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was nice that breakfast was included and there was a good variety of foods. The gym was exactly what we needed to get in a quick workout. Good selection on the TV and LOVED the large counter in the bathroom.

they where not cleaning the room, one has to bathed in a dirty bath for two consecutive days and even the third day they didn’t clean the bathroom so i have already complained the previous day so i decided to keep quiet.
breakfast was good, the location was excellent because we could walk everywhere. my son was very happy he could do his morning exercise and also his laundry.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. We found trash and even a Rubik’s cube on the floor next to the bed.
The location of the hotel was very good. I was also pleasantly surprised with the breakfast options.
