Tv didn't work when we checked in. They did fix it when we returned back to the hotel. The bed had a roll to the middle effect when you laid down.

the water in the showers never reached hot is was warm and even waiting a little bit and it just was not pleasant but the sink water got really hot.

the breakfast was fresh and hot always, it was in a nice spot and the hotel was very clean. the TV was easy to use the AC/Heater worked fantastic.

The tv in our room was not working - again the front desk was trying to be helpful - asked where was the maintenance personnel - apparently he left earlier and back up, did not respond to her phone calls. Property was sold out for the night and couldn’t move us to another room - we agreed to stay at a reduced rate. Property is “a little” tired!

Location and staff - the lady on the front desk was very helpful - did her best to over come problems with property - door keys did not work and had to get ones - this happened to several other guests.

The beds weren't awful but they could have been better. Could not get a handicap accessible room with double beds and a shower. That was disappointing.

Location was great for the places we wanted to visit.

I could hear everything on the Interstate and didn't sleep well at all. The room smelled like mildew. The power sockets were poorly installed and didn't work unless you held them in place, if they worked at all. The "complimentary" shower dispensers were empty. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre.

It wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed but far from the best. The staff was friendly.

I was expecting more with breakfast. the last morning we didn’t get to eat due to there wasn’t anything left only juice. we ended up having to go find breakfast. no fresh towels had to go downstairs to get some.

Having a room with a door to another room and neighbour trying to open it at night. Found an insect walking on the wall of a bathroom -- I don't know if it's part of the guest experience or not.

Homeless/People sitting outside the entrance door asking for money. They clearly did not have a room at the property yet the property did not seem to bother with the issue of them making the guest uncomfortable

The AC humming. I think this is a common issue.

Bathroom, hair dryer, towels are clean, functioning well. There is a guest laundry room on the 2nd floor (I didn't use it though). Breakfast is full American breakfast from waffle, cereals, oatmeal, egg n sausage, yogurt, fruits, coffee with milk, soy milk, cream. Good fuel to start my day.

The attitude of the young Chinese boy who did not treat us on arrival. He lacks interpersonal skills. The room he allocated for us had aircons dismantled, some tissues were still on the floor when we open the door. We reported but kept saying my Manager is not here. What kind of business would have 1 person to allocate rooms for so many people? Eventually we were allocated a disabled room. It was a disaster especially having booked few months before we leave Africa. My wife and I brought most of the couples Africa to the hotel to stay with us but all were disappointed. Some never had their wifi working in their rooms. For years my wife and I have been staying there but each year it sounds like the hotel is deteriorating. Two years ago we paid a retention fee and were promised we will get it back into our account within 6 or 7 working days but till now we have not been paid back. This year again we paid and still 6 working days have passed never received back our money. Fair field owns us fews dollars. We asked the young Chinese man about our refund , he said Fair field now is under new Mnagement. What is that?

Lack of diversity in breakfast. Eggs mostly were prepared the same way.

The loudness of the highway outside the hotel. Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel once a month. There were housekeeping issues (light in room with shower not working, tub not draining, door not locking). But we were told maintenance does not work on Friday or Saturday and they could not be fixed. They moved us to a different room when the door wouldn’t lock and that room had the light and tub issue.

The staff was very helpful and nice.
