Had to wait a bit before check in and during check out. Not long but I believe if the front desk is going to leave the area they should carry something on them to alert them a guest has arrived. There was leftover food from a previous guest in the mini fridge. A half Dr Pepper, beer, and someone’s leftover food. Our first night was quiet but the room above us on the second night you could hear someone stomping around at 1am.

The nature and outside of the hotel was very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and loved the large TV. Really wish the hot tub was working during our visit.

I didn't like the fact the floor was concrete in our room. It made it feel like it wasn't finished and since we came in February it made the floors very cold to walk on. Make sure you pack house shoes or socks if you're on the ground floor. I'm sure it was the aesthetic of the room but it's not something I enjoyed. I also wish the breakfast had a little more selection to eat but overall it was nice. I didn't try the coffee while we were there but the coffee bar looked and smelled great.

The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Location was nice and during the summer it would be a pretty scenary.

A little pricey for off season stay. Great for families with small children, a bit too many littles in public areas for our relaxation.

Great location with restaurants within walking distance. Downtown ‘strip’ is convenient as well. Clean facilities, good parking.

They "upgraded" us to lower level. It was SO noisy. We could hear everything the upper level did.

husband was not happy about no coffee maker in the room. Could use a little more lighting. We went down to play games in the lobby area & husband ordered a drink & since they were busy, the girl set the order ticket aside & said would make it & bring it over to our table. evidently they set the order ticket aside & forgot about it. needless to say he was not happy & cancelled the drink & had them take it off the room tab.

No elevator in a 3 floor hotel is NO FUN for anyone with bad knees or a bad back. Good luck with larger suitcases. Also, we were really looking forward to autumn nights in the hot tub….. and of course, it was being repaired during our entire stay.

Liked the fact that it was away from all of the traffic of the strip, yet you could still be anywhere you wanted within 10 minutes or so.

The soaking tubs weren’t open. It would have been nice to have those after a long day at Silver Dollar City. The cool radio didn’t work in the room and the concrete floors were cold in the middle of the night.

Love the ambiance! Such a cute laid back vacation spot! The propane fire pits were a nice cozy spot at the end of the day.

The beverage ordering was a little chaotic. Tried to order a charcuterie board and they were out of meat, so that was a little devastating.
