The only minor issue we found was the room could be quite noisy with people walking around above us. Not enough that it would put us off returning.

Lovely lodge that has recently been done up. Beautiful common area with games, fireplace, bar, coffee etc. The rooms were spacious. The heated outdoor pool and soak tubs were great.

The room we chose was incredibly small. They also put a 50.00 hold per night on your card for incidentals so be prepared for that.No storage space at all for clothes or even to hang up things. They have fabric blinds in the window that doesn’t come all the way down so you have to put a towel there in the window seal. I liked the fact it was on the ground floor. With some minor adjustments of putting TV on the wall and shorting the cabinet and moving fridge to the left it would have made space for at least a small area to hang clothes.

It’s a cute set up. Looked very interesting on the internet. Liked the fire pits and the fireplace inside the lobby. They have soaking tubs to the back of the property that seemed nice as well. And a heated pool. And additional fire pits back there as well.

We dis not like that there was not a full breakfast offered. Check in was cumbersome. New employee who couldn’t work computer.

Property was clean, recently remodeled and decorated with great detail to make the place feel like a lodge. The beds were comfortable and the check in area was a beautifully decorated coffee and wine bar where people could hang out. Very nicely done. The back has a heated pool And two soaking tubs. Well done!

No housekeeping unless you explicitly request it. Even if you request it, they only bring you new towels.

Cosy decoration, great location. Loved the hot tubs and swimming pool. I would recommend it.

The rooms didn’t have many outlets to plug in for charging, the refrigerator was making a humming that would wake you up, and the bedside lights didn’t work.

The room was a little smaller than I would of liked, next time we will book a larger room. I understand why they had concrete floors in the pet friendly rooms, but I didn't like them. The other thing is they need more lighting in the rooms. The lights were very dim.

The Ozarker Lodge was such a nice place to stay. The staff were so nice. The rooms were nice and decorated in rustic decor. They had a coffee bar that was awesome! A nice little stream with fire pits out back. They were very dog friendly, and they had late checkout availabile. The beds were comfortable. We will stay there again next time we are in Branson.

Would have been nice to have coffee and tea making supplies in the room. Instructions for the TV were complicated! The remote was ridiculous! It was very hard to just switch to regular TV from the streaming services, which we didn't use because I couldn't remember my Netflix password!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very nice towels and plenty of them, which was nice!

The entrance to the property was cramped and we couldn’t tell where the office was. The bathroom was cramped. You had to walk past the toilet to be able to close the door. No coffee maker in room. No microwave in room. Would have liked a free breakfast.

The young people working the front were nice. The motel was cute. I liked the fireplace in the sitting area.

With two women traveling together for several days, there were no drawers or closet, and just two hangers on hooks in the bathroom area The hooks would have worked had there been hangers. So I took the one nightstand for my clothing and, since there was a shelf (where the tv was), my friend just lived out of her suitcase. It wasn’t bad, but I prefer putting my stuff away in I stay in a hotel. The worse is when we called Front Desk to see if we could get some additional hangers, we were told there there weren’t any, and that was their biggest complaint from guests. Just seems like an easy inexpensive fix to me.

The location, and the morning coffee in the coffee/wine area. Coffee was hot and fresh, comfortable seating and of course the inside fire pit.

When we arrived 15 minutes early the worker at the desk was very short with us, said we had to wait till 3pm. At 3 two couples we ahead uf us, when thry got to us, we were told we'd have to wait till 4 because they did have a room ready for us. Luckily we didnt have to wait that long. First impression not a nice welcome. There is no breakfast as stated on Booking.com.

It was quiet and off the strip. The room was nice and comfortable.

Regular room felt just a little smallish and the windows really needed curtains and not just shades. There were gaps around the pull down shades that were visible.

The room was clean and comfortable. the pool and and hot tubs were awesome. the outside spaces were fantastic. The food and alcohol selection was good and thoughtful. Appreciated the gf options as well as dairy free options for the coffee and food. The overall feeling felt welcoming and affordable and on trend. Really liked our experience.

No closets or drawers to put away your clothes which if you stayed several days like we did wasn’t ideal. No coffee in room. You had to walk to the lobby to get your coffee. Very dim lighting in the room.

Lobby was cozy and had live entertainment one evening. Pool was nice. Hot tubs faced a creek which was very scenic. Numerous Fire pits throughout the property to enjoy. Staff was pleasant

The lodge is so nice, I don't want my negatives to reflect poorly on the facility as I would gladly stay again, but I have to be honest. I know this place is newly built/renovated, however, when entering the room it smelled so strongly of fresh paint the fumes were over whelming. We could not get the TV to work and there were no instructions or channel guide and only a blank screen would come up with three different channels playing nothing. We were on the bottom floor so late in the evening we heard every bit of people climbing the stairs for hours. Also, this is a pet friendly place which is great but our neighbor had two small dogs that barked for hours! My biggest disappointment was upon check in to be honest though... I booked this lodge with the assumption that their would be bunkbeds in the room as advertised and "due to weather" none have been built!

We loved the location with the creek/water behind the lodge. The pool was great, a little small once three families came out it felt crowded. The staff was super pleasant, the grounds were clean. I wish the hot tubs would have been finished as they were in the perfect location looking on the water. I absolutely LOVE the rustic look and feel of this lodge! It is nestled in between two great restaurants and you can walk to them!!
