I wish there would have been a mini fridge and microwave - it was probably listed in the details that there was not one available for my room, so maybe some rooms have them? Not sure the hotel tells you where to park - there is a parking garage right around the corner that works perfectly for the hotel. Just not sure they communicated that or not. I parked in that garage without incident.

Location is great. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was crazy busy because of the marathon weekend, but the staff persevered! The lobby was beautiful. The room and bathroom were clean, new and comfy. They do offer fruit / coffee and tea in the lobby for breakfast.

As a traveler from the US who is used to being able to confirm the room type in advance (i.e. 1 bed, 2 beds), it was a bit concerning that prior to showing up, we still did not know if we had the 2 bed room we had selected. Thankfully, we ended up with the selected room.

Great location! Was walking distance to the Oktoberfest grounds, which was perfect for our trip. Additionally, it is close to the central train station, making it easy to access all of Munich.

I wish the bathroom had some separation between the shower and non-shower bits because anytime we showered, it flooded the bathroom. Also, the shower head was broken so we couldn’t adjust its height. I would have liked to have an actual closet area and a luggage stand to place our bag.

Never knew about a breakfast option? The staff was really great - very friendly, helpful and attentive. However, on Friday evening, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and there was a line of guests waiting.

The staff members had covid and the cleaning crews were all over the place no masks, gloves, ect... If you knew you had multiple people with Covid, you should inform your guest!!!

My room was dark due to where it was located even though I was on the 10th floor. Had one window in the corner. The toilet keeps flushing by itself. The Maintenance guy came up and fix it but was still happening especially at night.

The rooms were very compact and amenities were lacking. There is not a pool/jacuzzi, and is lacking in food and beverage refreshments. We were charged extra for the convenience of coffee in the morning even though the selection was minimal.

The close proximity to many restaurants, clubs and parking ramps was very convenient.

Room is a bit small, but still comfortable. The bed frame was larger than the mattress with a sharp corner which I bumped into several times in the first 2 days. I eventually propped a pillow against the corner so that I would not hit this when moving through the room.

We had a queen room and it was very compact. The lighting was dim in the room and had one switch that controlled every light in the room. Shower curtains didn’t go all the way down, so water gets out easily, which can be fixed by putting extra towels out, but makes the bathroom look even tighter than it already is.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. They provided free water bottles upon request at any given time. Location was great and close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

The Downsides: 1. No Fridge: One noticeable drawback was the absence of a fridge in our room. It would have been convenient to have a place to keep drinks and snacks cool, especially during a road trip. 2. Noisy Corner Room: We were placed in a corner room near the ice machine, which made for a rather noisy environment. This impacted our sleep quality and made it challenging to rest peacefully. 3. Small Room and Bathroom: The room and bathroom were on the smaller side, which may not be ideal for those seeking more spacious accommodations. 4. Limited Housekeeping: We found out that the hotel no longer provides regular room cleaning unless requested. However, it's worth noting that the room appeared clean upon our arrival. We did need to request additional towels during our stay.

1. Screen Mirroring TV: One notable positive aspect was the ability to connect our phone to the screen-mirroring TV. This feature came in handy during our downtime, allowing us to stream content and make the most of our stay. 2. Convenience for Road Trip: Since our primary purpose was to have a comfortable place to shower and sleep during our road trip to Lollapalooza, the hotel served its purpose. It provided us with the basics we needed for a short stay.

No garage or affiliated parking. No restaurant or food facility. If you ever make a capital investment, I suggest changing out of the platform beds. The room is too small for that type of bed and I have a bunch of Knicks on my shins. Also, the elevators are gorgeous but the noises they make are actually frightening. I love the hotel so much, and a few upgrades would make it even better.

The location. The staff who checked me in on August 24, along with the Night Auditor, were absolutely AMAZING and ENGAGING for my entire stay. They and the location are the 2 major reasons that I would return.
