Loved the location and heated fresh water pool. Also loved the spacious accommodations with a living room area, bedroom and kitchen. The furnishings were very cozy. Overall, this was a comfortable cool place to stay with a great vibe.

This is a cute little property that was in a great location. Everything around there is pricey, especially in the high season. The room was immaculate and had nice decorations. The host gave great communication and everything was easy, including check in and check out.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing that I may add is maybe having a couple more mirrors in the bedroom.

This property is adorable. The flat is very comfortable and clean. It is a perfect size for a couple to stay in the one bedroom. The kitchenette is a fine size for light cooking or meal prep if needed. The bathroom is a good size as well. The pool area is so cute, with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas and a little pond with a small waterfall. The front lawn has shuffle board court, a grill and lawn toys. The bikes were so great to get out and explore the area. There is also onsite laundry which is so convenient. We loved this property and highly recommend it.

They could use some new complementary beach chairs.

The motel was very quiet and in a very safe part of town. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for two adults and two kids. The AC worked great, the room was very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. Also, super close to the beach.

Fernando flats was a great find. The location is perfect. We loved going for a morning walk on the beach to watch the sunrise and the free use of bicycles and the games in the garden were a great bonus. It was nice having restaurants that were in walking distance and we loved the sailfish marina which is a 10 minute walk. I loved the little flags outside the flats and everyone we met were really friendly. It also felt extremely safe. We will definitely be returning.

No ice available on site. This is not necessarily a problem but I didn't know there was no ice and I needed to make an additional trip to 7-11. It wouldn't have been a big deal to head back to the shopping area if we had a car. Since we didn't rent a car, I needed to ride a bike back to the shopping area after I had already shopped.

The owner met us upon arrival with door code details, she also sent an email. The room was clean and comfortable. Bikes were available for use and the pool area was inviting and water temperature warm. Hope to stay longer next year.

Amazing. Everything was as expected. The location is great and a 5 minute walk to a perfect beach. Restaurants were a 10 minute walk as well as shops. I definitely would stay again. Well done, the hosts go the extra mile. Why stay at a hotel Chain when you have perfect bliss at Fernando Flats !!

I love the location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops and nice walking paths that are close to the water. the Washers and dryers are nice to have on site and work wonderfully.

Nothing - great stay!

Our flat had everything needed for a very comfortable stay; well equipped kitchen; super comfortable bed and lounge area. Laundry facilities are perfect. Location is super and a few steps from a beautiful beach. Marie is the perfect host and very accommodating. Would definitely rebook!!
