Breakfast basic as expected but what was available varied hugely. Some porridge sachets, branflakes, fruits and yoghurts available for a couple of days and then not.

Great location and good value. Helpful staff.

The hotel rooms suited our accommodation needs, and the location allowed us to visit the city with ease, with really good eating places nearby.

Hated the fact there was no parking and the referred parking garage was 2 blocks away had to pay an additional $100 bucks to park for 2 nights that's ridiculous

    Room was clean decent size

The pilllows are too big and very uncomfortable. it can get noisy as theres no sound proofing.people walking outside, siren and others. Would prefer plain water as tge lemon with mint is not fresh and tasted awful. Need to add egg or a bit more on breakfast options amd water jugs.

The location is near the bigbus tour which I like.its a walking distance with lots of restaurant options.

Roku tv. They offer a very basic breakfast. I think they should have a little more selection. It is free !

The location is great. It is close to all kinds of restaurants and public transportation .The hotel was much better that I expected for the price. Though my room smaller. It was clean and comfortable. It had all the basic necessities needed. My only issue is ROKU tv. I do not like the system and can't get it work as I think it should. But it is tv. When on vacation, I'm not there to watch tv. If I was go back to San. Fran. I certainly would stay there again.

I would certaintly recommend this hotel as a simple and inexpensive place to stay. We only stayed for a night but the facilities were perfectly acceptable and we had a comfortable stay. The room was small but this didn't bother us. No noise, and on a nice block.

The building looks and feels old. The elevator fits one person only at the time. “Breakfast” is just coffee and bagels with jam and cheese. No AC on the Rooms.

Very well located. Few walking blocks to Union Square and near touristic attractions. Convenient access for public transportation and taxi. Staff is very friendly.

The rooms are tiny and there was no headboard - only holes in the walls where a headboard could have been. The bed is very small for two people.

The hotel is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was cerial and bread or bagel. There is coffee/tea and an orange or an apple.

The interior is very dated and has seen a lot of wear. The elevator is very old and the doors for it are extremely loud, so if someone uses them at night chances are good they'll wake you up.

    The location is good.

Good value, but bring earplugs or you'll be miserable.

    • Double Room with Two Double Beds
    • Stayed 3 nights

Mostly the windows -- third floor, no screens, person-sized windows missing a latch, so it wouldn't close. Not comforting with a toddler in the room. And no fans or airflow, super stuffy, so we had to leave the windows open anyway for temperature, which meant it was loud AF. Bring earplugs or you'll be miserable. Also the elevator is like from 1926 or so - a stroller *technically* fits but good luck getting a parent in there with your kid. As other reviewers have said, breakfast is minimal. There is hot water and a microwave so you can do a fair bit with a trip to Trader Joe's and still save money.

Beds were super comfy with ample pillows - so many hotels screw this up and it's the most important thing, so kudos there. But basically, it's cheap. You get what you pay for.
