Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The place was clean enough, but the front desk staff (woman) was extremely rude. When we arrived, she never greeted us, stayed sitting in her chair. I knew it was early and did not expect to check in, so I told her we were here to us the restrooms, but we did have a reservation She immediately said,well you gave check in now. I replied to her, that I was aware of that and was not asking her to check in only where the restrooms were. All while she is still sitting in the chair, with a scowl on her face. My husband ended up finding the restrooms while I stood there. The gentleman to the right (staff member) asked me how was our trip down there. I answered him, thank you for asking. I asked him about nearby restaurants in the area and he told me about a couple. Meanwhile the woman was still sitting and at this point ignored me. Then she stated talking and said, oh your room is ready if you eat to check in now. I was surprised but of course said yes and proceeded to check in. She finally stood up and told me the room number etc. When I told her I didn't hear her because I'm hard of hearing, she rolled her eyes...I finished checking in at this time my husband returned and I thanked her and said to her"smile it'll go a long way and life is good". Not a you're welcome nothing.. she's very rude and cold. Not a good impression for your hotel.

United StatesBreakfast a rip off. $18 per person. We would have stayed at another hotel for what we paid for the room and breakfast. Blind fell on us. When we went to report it, there were others reporting the same issues. One hit in the head, and my family member in another room got cut.

Convenient location, swimming pool, personable staff. My husband kept commenting on how comfortable the pillows were. Bright parking lot also a plus!

I was told “it is air” We stayed there last year and the area around the pool was much warmer. An indoor pool area should be comfortable it was definitely too cold, especially one you get out of the pool

United StatesIt was very expensive. I really felt the buffet breakfast should’ve been included in the room charge. When we arrived we walked into a lot of noise. The room in the lobby was loaded with kids and adults. I had a very difficult hearing the gentleman at the desk. I commented that it was hard to hear and he said there are always parties going on. He was very nice about looking to see if there was any NyQuil for my husband but they were sold out. He really didn’t offer a lot of , information, ie internet, etc., but when we got the room there was a typed up sheet next to the television. We had room with a view of the pool and it was very loud. But as it got closer to 9:00 everything got quiet. I feel for the price we paid we should’ve received more.
It was located in a beautiful area. The room was very clean.
