Four Seasons were very willing and fixed the problem right away, which we appreciated.

Room is a somewhat “dull” in that not a lot of light is available unless you open your window blinds, leaving everyone walking the hallway to see into room. Also could not seem to adjust temperature in room. Small tv.

Good option to spend one night in LA before travelling the next day. Free shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. Room was clean and quiet. Overall good value for money.

Welp... although this had the best price at the time for LAX hotels, I won't be staying here again. As my kids said, "This is a depressing ending to our Australia vacation." The hotel is very much in need of an update. The room felt cold, damp, and super dark -- we had a window, but only to the HALL, so there was no chance of natural light unless we wanted hotel patrons to peer in our room. At one point, I grabbed a slice of Papa John's pizza from the food truck in front of the hotel, and I sat in the lobby to eat it for an hour simply to escape the gloominess of my room. The bathroom was old and the sink was clogged. Our bed didn't have a fitted sheet on the bottom, just an ill-fitting, too-short flat sheet that kept coming untucked. My kids noticed a lack of art on the walls of our room -- not a deal-breaker, but it felt like we were "catfished" by the beautiful hotel photos online. My other issues were only one working elevator, breakfast for ~$33 per person (we skipped it), and the exorbitant security deposit. I was hit with a $350 charge at check-in (that amount was not disclosed to me, I found it on my credit card). There wasn't even a minibar, so I'm curious as to how they thought I would incur so many costs. Which reminds me, there was also no microwave or fridge in the room which I find standard in other LAX area hotels. Long story short, if you have to stay here to fit your budget, then it's a room for the night. Otherwise, if you appreciate comfort, cleanliness, privacy, and conveniences, then look elsewhere.

I liked the proximity to LAX, the convenience of the free shuttle, and both shuttle drivers were personable and lovely.

The tub/shower was very slippery Y band there were no rails to grab for balance. A little concerned about slipping. A bath mat would have been helpful. The food was not hot at the $25 breakfast buffet. The food was disappointing.

I have pictures of the area. Light bulbs hanging out of fixtures. Handle on shower, half broke, drawer on dresser broke, no light switch when you come in the room, bathroom from the 1970s, small TV. bathroom light fixture, not correct light bulb. A disgrace for the Sheraton Family name. small bathroom, sit on commode and shower curtain touches your arm. I think they use this place for the homeless.
