Parking fees not included in the price of the room so I had to pay $50 more per night. There was a strike going on so it was loud all day. Got housekeepimg service just once during my whole stay.

It was conveniently located by the airport, and staff were super nice.

It was rather shabby. It needs some attention. Throughout our time there, 1-2 elevators were broken. The parking fee was shocking. People were clearly smoking marijuana in their rooms.

It might struggle to keep me occupied for a longer stay - but as a stopover hotel - it was perfect

I needed a cheap room close to the airport as a transit night before leaving the country - this hotel did the job pretty well. The room was a bit old and tired but the bed was good, the coffee machine worked and that was all that mattered! The 24-hour shuttle to the airport was a massive winner!

Loud - fan going all night, gap under door, not soft closing doors. Beware of the internal rooms which have a window out to a hallway, bit creepy Room had a strong cigarette stretch throughout, staff tried to accomodate which was kind, but no free room Not good value for money

Free shuttle was great, but note it leaves the hotel every 30 minutes or so, but not on the hour and half hour, instead sporadically. Staff lovely

I requested towels and the housekeepers kept coming by stating it was check out. I literally had to call the front desk just to receive some towels. The parking price is beyond ridiculous when your paying almost $200 a night for a room.

I like that it had a lot of stores and places to eat near.

Higher surfaces in the room weren't dusted at all. No fridge meant I couldn't save any food. The parking lot is very tight and entering is confusing. For being only slightly cheaper than alternatives, I wish I had spent the extra and gone somewhere nicer.

Very convenient location from the airport. Easy to get to from rental car pickup. Easy to get to the freeway for commuting. Good number of restaurants nearby.

I didn't feel I was in a Sheraton. The bed was just awful. It was springy and uneven. Really need to be replaced. The parking lot looks like downtown Detroit in the Robocop movies. Parking is way too expensive. I paid something like 28 USD for one hour and a half. Room was small.

Hotel is close to the airport and rental car return location. You can walk from there to the hotel.

The first room we were given had a strong and sickening smell of cigarette. My wife and I tried to sit in the room and do some work on our laptops but it was making us both feel ill, so we requested to be moved to another room, which the staff was understanding about. The hotel is a bit dated and needs some maintenance, but is perhaps expected for an older building. Also note that the restaurant staff automatically added a 20% tip to our bill, but I don't know what for as the bar tender sat on his phone most of the time, we had to go up to the bar to order drinks and again later to order our meals. The service was not good, so was not worth a 20% tip ontop the already expensive prices.

Its within a close proximity to the airport, about 5-10 minutes in a Taxi. Given its an airport hotel, this was an important factor when booking as we where in transit and needed to be at the airport early in the morning. The provided airport shuttle was much appreciated and runs every 30 minutes, ensuring we made our flight on time.
