Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shuttle has no set schedule and the only answer you have from the staff is that you have to wait for it "Maybe about 20 minutes" outside in very chill weather, And 30 minutes became more than 40. The walls and the curtains of the room were super dirty. The hotel is absolutely not what they show in the pictures and is too expensive for the facilities and cleanliness they offer.

I found the prices in the bar quite high, particularly since the cafe was not open and there was limited choice for an evening meal.
I was completely satisfied with the room I was assigned. It was very comfortable and I had a good sleep, which is what I had hoped for on the night before I had an early flight out of LAX. I also loved the large size of the pool and enjoyed an afternoon swim followed by time in the gym.

I was locked out of my room for over hour the lock mechanism went out had to contact them 5 times before any one came up and help. Finally asked for a new room then had to wait for my things. No one apologize. For the inconvenience. Won’t stay agane

The blockout curtains dont close all the way so the light streams in overnight. I ended up closing mine over with a peg.
Friendly service from everyone I interacted with. Free shuttle service from the airport. Ice machine.

That hotel is rundown and overpriced and located in a dody area. Most of the guests are there because of delayed flights. The hotel restaurant is very expensive as there nothing else around.
It's a 25 minute walk from Lax terminal

Isn’t clean and old rooms, value per night is expensive for what you receive, isn’t include, parking ($55 us per day) and breakfast ($32 per pax). Adding this fees to the room cost you could get better and cleanly rooms, location with all included.

Directions for finding the shuttle and departure times from the airport would have been helpful. We wasted a lot of time and ended up calling Lyft.

Wish there were more shuttle buses and that shuttle bus could take guests to nearby beaches and shopping centres along with airport stops.
Room, and the amenities inside the room, and the location of the hotel were good.

Disappointing Experience at Four Points by Sheraton LAX My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton LAX was underwhelming and did not meet my expectations. Despite its convenient location near the airport, the overall experience left much to be desired. The property felt outdated, with worn furnishings and a lack of cleanliness in some areas. The room I stayed in was noisy, with inadequate soundproofing, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The service was subpar, with staff appearing overwhelmed and inattentive at times. Basic requests took longer than expected, and the overall level of hospitality fell short of what I anticipated from a Sheraton brand hotel. While the proximity to the airport is a strong selling point, the overall experience did not justify the price. I would hesitate to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
