We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaThe shuttle has no set schedule and the only answer you have from the staff is that you have to wait for it "Maybe about 20 minutes" outside in very chill weather, And 30 minutes became more than 40. The walls and the curtains of the room were super dirty. The hotel is absolutely not what they show in the pictures and is too expensive for the facilities and cleanliness they offer.

AustraliaI found the prices in the bar quite high, particularly since the cafe was not open and there was limited choice for an evening meal.
I was completely satisfied with the room I was assigned. It was very comfortable and I had a good sleep, which is what I had hoped for on the night before I had an early flight out of LAX. I also loved the large size of the pool and enjoyed an afternoon swim followed by time in the gym.

AustraliaDisappointing Experience at Four Points by Sheraton LAX My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton LAX was underwhelming and did not meet my expectations. Despite its convenient location near the airport, the overall experience left much to be desired. The property felt outdated, with worn furnishings and a lack of cleanliness in some areas. The room I stayed in was noisy, with inadequate soundproofing, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The service was subpar, with staff appearing overwhelmed and inattentive at times. Basic requests took longer than expected, and the overall level of hospitality fell short of what I anticipated from a Sheraton brand hotel. While the proximity to the airport is a strong selling point, the overall experience did not justify the price. I would hesitate to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
