Everything was amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful, they helped us solve every problem. The room was nice and warm and the beds very comfortable. As regards the hotel location, it is very accesible. we had the train stations a few blocks away so we had easy access to manhattan.

Great location, beautiful facility. The room was very clean and a good size for the price. Breakfast at Michael's was absolutely delicious! The front desk women on duty when we arrived were fantastic. We were early, it was rainy and cold outside, and we were soaked and cold from walking around outside for a while. They took our bags and had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby even though we couldn't check in. Then they even got us into our room a little early!

No AC, Parking very expensive. The space they have is too tight, fits only 6 cars, can’t turn around in there, need an assistance to get out or get in. They charge a lot of money for nothing.

the Roma were small. Toilets washroom sink was clogged. shower did not have adequate amount of shampoo, body wash or conditioner. hair dryer was on the bottom, hard to find, no exhaust in the toilet. no body lotion, tooth past ( even front desk did not have any to provide, had to purchase it myself. they offered me parking with a price tag, however, parking was inadequate, in the sense the entrance or exit was always blocked by staff or customer cars, had to call an wait for 30mins before I could park.

My room was clean except for the bed, linen sheets were not changed. Looked like someone was just sleeping on it, was all wrinkled. I paid extra $ for the Manhattan view but I could only view the city from the right corner of my room and, there was no hot water in the shower. The receptionist was very nice, when I complained, she moved me into a better room on the 7th floor, but there was a problem again. There was a problem with the TV - I couldn't watch it, and on the third night of my stay, in the morning around 5am, there was a terrible noise coming from the next door... slamming the doors, shouting, fighting. It was very scary and uncomfortable! I didn't know what was going on. It lasted for a few hours. I called the receptionist 2x and she told me she will send somebody to check it out.

The facility is very nice and clean. Rooms have a comfy beds. Great roof top restaurant with a beautiful view of Manhattan. Good location, just a few minutes of walk to subway stations and there is deli at the corner and Dunkin Donuts.

They double charged me for 3 nights more, rude staff!!Front desk was rude no help with anything especially my refund for the 3 nights they charge me extra ..Never again! Oh bed was stained and comforter told them and never brought new comforter went and bought my own.

I loved the size of the room/bed, our room was very clean. It was very easy to get to the train. The area the hotel is located is very safe and my friend and I walked late at night and we felt safe. The area was quiet and also beautiful views. The staff were very helpful and kind. My favorite part of this hotel was the rooftop, it was very beautiful and I got a view of nyc I never had before. I’ve been to NYC 6 times and stayed many places, this is my favorite hotel ever. I really recommend staying here the price was low and you get views that you can’t get any where else!!

It seems like the walls to the hall are very thin, so you can very clearly hear people walking by and the ice machine down the hall. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me but it was a bit jarring at first. There is a very simple coffee machine in the room with packets of coffee, but no filters. The sheets had a couple small stains on it, but overall seemed clean enough. The entire room smelled a bit like bleach for my whole stay. Toilet paper is VERY low quality. The positioning of the closet door and lounge chair didn't make sense as the chair prevents the door from opening all the way.

Room and bathroom were a decent size and clean. Bed was comfortable and I didn't have any issues with staff. Hotel is central to many parts of NYC; it's easy to get to Manhattan or any of the other boroughs. Air conditioning works. There are some decent, trendy looking food/drink places close by. I found the surrounding area to be pretty safe and uneventful even while walking around alone at night, but I've also heard the opposite from some locals. There are no issues during the day but maybe have some caution at night.
