The rooftop bar wasn't open, that being said the staff told us to go to the hotel next door which had one and it was amazing.

Unfortunately, we did not have a room with a great view, but of course, not every room can guarantee fabulous views. Lighting in the room was also a bit dim.

We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. It's perfect for a short stay visit to New York. Convenient location and fabulous helpful staff - a special shout out to Nicole on the front desk, who always made us smile! We had a double room with a king-sized bed which, was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

I cannot list anything in or at the hotel, the street was often very dirty in the mornings as well as a number of homeless people sleeping in office doorways.

Very Central in Midtown, close to Times Square and many of the key visitor sites. In addition all Theatres are within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfrtable, coffee in the rooms and free WiFi throughout the hotel.

Shower system was not really good. It has only overhead shower and adjusting temperature of water is very difficult. 5 to 10 liters of water is wasted while adjusting the shower.

Location is very good. Staff was very helpful and very courteous. Room size is comfortable and I loved the bed.

Baby crib kind of sucks but it works. Only 3 elevators so it’s a bit of a wait on a busy morning.

Price is on the expensive side for what you get. Needs some thicker bedding for the cold and better pillows.

The bar isn't really inviting either by layout or price - given there are so many other bars in the area that are more inviting and much better value. There was an anti pasta selection which meant that the cheese was put with the meat - small quibble - as a veggie this meant that I really wasn't going to eat the cheese. I would have loved cheese with my breakfast. The rooms whilst perfect, were a bit dated, but then for the price we paid in central Manhattan, we did not expect anything too fancy.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The Breakfast was perfect, breads, bagels, eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt and either pancakes or French toast. There were also hot and cold meat options available. The bathroom toiletries were great, the nail file came in handy day one!!

Small room, no indoor slippers

The room was smaller than I expected, but it was very clean and in a great position. It was close to Time Square, the staff was also really nice and friendly as well. They also keep you luggage for free after you check-out or if you come to check-in earlier than time.

Shady area outside with homeless people, smokers, near Port Authority Bus Station

Right on the Time Square - walking distance 5 min. However was very old and cozy in the shady area, but price was good and breakfast too. Room was ok, bit smaller. I would still recommend it for one night stay
