The staff were super nice and went out of their way to help us (especially Georgalina). The King room was spacious. It's super easy access to the Subway and all airports.

We liked the location a lot. We could easily get anywhere we wanted and still feel as if we weren't in the middle of chaos. The room was perfect for a couple. We both have stayed in NYC many times. This was one of our nest hotel experiences.

Whilst the bed was huge and had plenty of space I would have preferred two separate beds.
Room was basic but functional. Bathroom was good.

We would stay again!”The bar didn't open til late afternoon, we had to catch a flight in the afternoon and wanted to sit in our hotel for a while and buy a cold drink. Breakfast was... okay, quite limited and quality wasn't amazing. Toilet paper was thinner than paper, really need some nice thick stuff for our bums! ;)
Fantastic location, felt like we were walking distance to most things and there are close train/tube stations too. Staff on the desk were lovely. Lifts were quick! Room was spotless and we had a huge bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of storage space along with a hairdryer and iron. It was actually a lovely room and we were pleased, but we did expect more from Sheraton, although this appears to be a budget NY hotel, and it was our first stay in NYC, and there are no budget prices haha :')
