Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I wish the walking path had been advertised on the attractions. I accidently found it while I was out from my run. I could hear the TV and people talking in the next room.
I enjoyed the back patio in the evening. The staff was amazing. The nature walking path near the hotel was awesome & enjoyed running there. My room was clean and comfortable. And the body lotion in the bathroom was amazing.

Only thing we missed was a pool.
Very nice, seemed brand new. The staff was the best staff I've ever had in a hotel.

A few more choices would have been nice - waffle machine, hot cereal, ore pastsries.
We only had the breakfast one morning, Sunday and since it was Mother's Day, it was free. It was fine, no better or worse than other hotel breakfasts.

Not a fan of having to make a trip to the desk to get coffee, tea, creamer. Not a fan of having to ask for other items we needed for our rooms such as garbage removed, fresh towels. Closet/ wardrobe didn't fit long dresses etc that ironed. Ironing board was so small , it was a challenge. Shampoo , body wash etc was very masculine and strong smelling. Would prefer a fresh herbal , clean smell. We had one tiny bar of soap for the sink . I signed up for Bonvoy or whatever it is and was told we would get 2 bottles of water a day but we had to ask for it every day like everything else. Our room was never cleaned and it said every other day. We were there for 3 days and nights and had to ask for EVERYTHING. NOT a fan. Breakfast was just ok.
We loved the shower and the dispensers. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were not. The room was quiet, the a/c worked well. The light blocking curtains were great and reduced heat from outside.

Management really needs to look at the shower heads.. it feels like you haven't showered even after you just did! 5star hotel facilities with 0 star shower head. Please look into this matter, total disappointment. After all the traveling a good shower is what guests need.

No indoor pool
Very clean and quiet! Room was nice size--we had a pack n play and it fit with not being in the way! Loved the blinds that blocked all the outside light and the sliding barn door for the bathroom.

The smell of horse manure outside wasn’t great. The breakfast was not good either. The biscuits were hard, pancakes were less than appealing. It was expensive - not a great value.
It was clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom accessories.

I hated the king suite as in the name it was supposed to be a king bed and ours wasn't. And the room was so hot I had the ac running all night to stay cool.

for this price I expect a normal A/C system, not a loud in-room unit. But when there is a room unit, at least make it possible to open a window instead. Also, the location clearly was so remote it took 40' for a Lyft driver to arrive for a 8' ride to my meeting. No hotel shuttle was available either. Lastly, when I booked the hotel, initially I called the Sheraton reservation line: the price they quoted me was ~$50 higher than the booking.com price and the person on the phone was not very forthcoming.
the room was quiet, and the personnel was friendly.
