Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The commode in the restroom was absurdly low, as if Sheraton had purchased them at the lowest possible price—just 10 inches above the ground! It feels like Sheraton should include a disclaimer on their website: "This hotel is only suitable for guests under 5 feet 7 inches in height." Anyone taller should come prepared to deal with back pain or knee problems from the struggle of getting up. Very disappointing. I’m writing this in the hope that it will be addressed, though I have my doubts.
Staff friendliness, cleanliness, and a pleasant vibe are present inside the hotel while walking through the corridor and inside the room.

No complaints about the property. Only complaint was that there is a sign saying that there are quiet hrs after 10pm and the people in the room next door,who you couldn’t really hear, had children that kicked the walls between the rooms until late into the night. People should be more considerate of others.
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming. Location was good for our needs. Didn’t use any amenities like the pool or gym. Had breakfast at restaurant on last day, food was good not great.

The noise coming from the highway was noticeable
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the room was lovely. My only concern was the noise; it backs up to a major highway. When I was talking with the front desk staff about it, they offered me a white noise machine, which I thought was very considerate,

Bathtub was slippery. Couldn't adjust shower head to different levels. Water leaked all over the floor. Not enough lighting in the room.
The location and proximity to 495. Lots of stuff to do locally. Breakfast was great!

I didn't like the fact that pictures don't really show that the tub sides is not what it's supposed to be I'll give you force advertisement and I didn't like that the hotel could not accommodate me or made me feel treated as if they didn't want to

I checked into the hotel, my husband and I sat in the room for 5 minutes and could not stand the odor. I went to the front desk and asked to have another room. The manager came and showed me 3 more rooms which all smelled like a strong chemical carpet cleaner. I mentioned to the manager that the rooms smelled like dogs and the chemical carpet cleaner was maybe used to take the smell away. It was then much to my surprise he said yes all the rooms were dog friendly. I questioned every room? Yes, I was told. I said it was not going to work for us as I was not aware the entire hotel was dog friendly with every room having had dogs stay in them.

It was truly great,
Very nice staff, very clean , check out at 12:pm that was a definite Plus, I was surprised. Most hotels I have stayed in all over the country Check ot is 9am or 10am. I appreciate that extra 2 hours so much.

If I had to be picky, the beds could use an upgrade. They have slouching to them, causing a very noticeable “used” dip. If that’s the only thing to “complain” about I’m good with it!
Though near a busy intersection the hotel sound was quiet and calm. The location is great and so is the price!

The property was on the highway with no sounds proofing. It was so loud and noisy, felt like sleeping on the street. The staff was not accommodating in any requests.
