Nothing. Hot tub was not open that’s it

Love the staff. Very very friendly and helpful. We had baseball tournament with at least 50 kids. Hotel staff so kind to our kids. Love the pool. We had a huge pool party. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and staff. Lovely rooms clean and comfy.

I asked for handicap and we were given a room very far away from the lobby. My mother is elderly and can hardly walk. They do not have a wheelchair either. Nobody was to there to help us with heavy luggage. The ice machine did not work in building 500. The bathtub when I was taking a shower filled up halfway it was so clogged up. I booked another room for my mother and I to have our own room separately and ask them if we could be near each other and they told me that I had to book directly with them the second room. But that was not the case, they still put us three doors away from each other. This place is not helpful at all. When I asked for a luggage cart to be delivered to my door, they never brought it and I had to go get it from the lobby. This

place sucks.

I understood that because of Hotel policies I was not going to be able to enter the room until my colleague arrived in 3 hours because the reservation was in her name. I asked her to please call the hotel the minute he landed and let them know she was on her way and that they could let me get in the room. That's what they advised at the front desk. My colleague called and Nancy hung up the phone on her which was definitely NOT nice. I don't know why she did it but that's not good customer service. Then we had a lot of problems with the room keys. They wouldn't work to let us in. And we had to go back to reception and ask for help. They acted surprised but then again we had to come back. After a day of work to be left out of the room was NOT nice. The only person who moved was a technician who knocked on the door trying to help but we managed to get in after the second visit to the front desk. And that was not the only day. Likewise, we reported a broken curtain from day 1 and nobody did anything to fix it and we couldn't close it 100% the three nights of our stay. Finally, during the night, we could hear people on the upper floor walking and moving things. Just the same each night.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room or changed the linen during the stay Finding the room a puzzle; one time guide helped. Need to have a facility map to locate the room.

Had continued problems with the toilet, as it would not work. Called front desk twice within the first 2 hours for check in, and finally had to go to the lobby restroom and ask agin the front desk to send someone to fix. Had problems the same again the next morning of check out.

The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. The floors in the hallway seemed somewhat dirty. The property in general seemed a bit run down and out of date.

I just needed a simple place to stay for a business trip. Got the job done! Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

The bathroom looked dated, and the vanity area was too low for those of us who are tall. The shower head was old but worked adequately. Our arrival was at night and I could not find the entry to the hotel from Hopyard Dr. Had there been more lights on your hotel sign, it would've made it easier for me to spot it immediately. That was a bit stressful!

The size of the bed was perfect, comfortable, and clean!

there were cobwebs in the in room on the ceiling and also it didn’t smell too pleasant - clean but NOT clean smelling also, the #200 building I was in had some very noisy people slamming doors and running in the hall way - tough to get some rest before a long shift after a late night

Most places at this cost rate have a small microwave and refrigerator…it was a shock not to have either. This is really essential for people like us on a long road trip. For last-minute one night stays! Also, the building layout made it difficult to find the front lobby and our room, since it was nighttime and all areas are dimly lit.

A firm bed and 4 pillows for each bed.
