The robes! Clean room, comfortable bed, Netflix on TV, flattering bathroom mirror, complimentary bottled water (though only one bottle—I suggest making it two).

People sitting at bar. After 10 minutes, we got the server’s attention. Server stated kitchen closing at 9:00. Fair enough. Ordered drinks and a hummus appetizer. Waited until 8:50. Server had disappeared. Got the bartender’s attention. Server finally walked by our table, looked at us and she said “ Did you order something? We reminded her what we ordered. She then asked if we ordered drinks. Told her yes. She went over and told the bartender. Got our appetizer, which was quite delicious. Server disappeared again. The other couple eating had been waiting for over 30 minutes to get their check. They finally got up and just walked out. We continued to wait and had to ask the bartender to find our server, which seemed to annoy her. Server finally came over and just dropped our check on the table and walked away. The whole situation was weird.
Beautiful location. Room was great. Check in easy with friendly staff.

United States1 reviewExceptionalThe person I spoke to did not know the area. What I thought was a 10 minute walk was actually 45 minutes in 90 degree weather. Almost had heat stroke. And of course, construction, but it will be wonderful for the next time.

Luckily, there were a few rooms available and they were very understanding and accommodating. Will not using Booking.com again!
Room was very clean and had a nice view of the harbor. Staff were very polite and respectful. Only need more drawers for clothes.

United States1 reviewVery GoodThe fitted sheet on the king bed was too small and would not stay in place. The available wines at the bar were very disappointing. While the wine list was extensive, it was weighted towards sweet California wines. The one Italian wine on the list, and the better wines were not available. Long wine list, poor inventory.
The room was very clean. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, personable, and attentive. The breakfast was good and reasonable.
