We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThis was not worth the money. At $450 per night I expected a nicer room and better view. My view was looking at highway with marina behind it. You could hear traffic all night long. The room was standard. Nothing special. The parking was inadequate, and we ended up parking 2 blocks away.

SwitzerlandThe hotel was renovating right than and the floor our room was on, was like a construction site. The first day they didn't clean the room at all. I had to complain about this than the concierge made it work even difficult. The breakfast was ok, but the waitresses took their time, were unfriendly and had no clue about the menu. Rather disappointing and this is not what I expect in a hotel of this class!
The hotel was very close to the harbor and perfect for long walks near by the sea. The Tiki Bar belongs to the hotel and you could have dinner there for a fair price.

United StatesThe floors were sticky and dirty. The toilet continued to run after each use. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed properly and would pop off of the mattress during use. $400.00 per night I expected at least a 4 star hotel and was a 2.
