Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The restaurant food was horrible. Cold and expensive. I would avoid it at all costs. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. Did not get a good night's sleep.
The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. I also loved in the morning when I called to the front desk for extra wash rags she immediately brought them to the room. She was very professional and nice. I do not remember her name but she was a beautiful African American woman with an Afro and glasses.

I didn’t like the fact that what I pay didn’t equate to my stay, for one the ice machine wasn’t working and then when I tried to call front desk to extend for one day. I notice the phone in the room had no cord to make the call it only had the handset sitting on the base. Inexcusable

Just a little dated but it was still very nice and cozy

Had to leave a day early due to illness. Staff was not helpful regarding any refund the change in plans. Regular guest so this was disappointing. Room and bathroom not as clean as it is usually here. May have been an off week for them.

I think the front desk ladies should be more knowledgeable of the area. I did find communication difficulties.
It's nice that breakfast is offered, I just passed on it.

The only thing i didn't like was the situation with breakfast. When i booked the place ut said breakfast included with reservation. However, at breakfast i was told i needed a voucher for free breakfast. Lady at front desk just gave me a voucher, so not really sure what the problem was.

Toilet had no fan and needed repair for handle. Tub has high sides to step in for whirlpool, would be hard for older guests. Elevators were quirky, buttons didn’t work well and stopped on random floors. Other guests had smelly food that traveled into room, not much to do about that.
Bar and restaurant, hot tub and pool. Good AC, bed. Great TV!!

Breakfast is suppose to be included but I was charge an extra $10.60..... room service is not provided unless you specially ask for it, I don't mind making the beds & cleaning up after myself but fresh towels daily would have been at least better then none. I think they should leave maybe a questionnaire on door to ask if you need fresh towels, TP etc and maybe just leave them in a bag on your door.
The location is very convenient, walking distance from a 24 hr diner, they do have room service with food and bar but you have to go down and get it, not really a big deal. The pool and work out area are very nice and it is in doors. Over all this is literally the best place in York PA that I could find. There is another but it's an extended stay and it's a lot more $$, & doesn't have an in door pool, it has an outdoor one and PA gets cold. I would stay here again!

The thin mattress on the pullout sofa was very uncomfortable. Lots of flying nats on wall near lights, in tub and in sheets. This hotel should exterminate rooms and ensure rooms are equipped for guests prior to check in.
Staff were very nice, pleasant and professional. Service request for a missing TV remote and bedding for the pull out sofa was received quickly. Room decor was nice.
