I really liked the breakfast set up and the serve yourself vibe x an excellent idea. I was disappointed that there was no water in the room as it is so very hot in Washington x that is a complaint that I think is justified x just some tap water but it is really necessary. The room was a bit smaller than I was led to believe from the photos on line but the location was great and we were very happy and I would recommend your hotel

It was very strange and uncomfortable not to have a full set of sheets in the bed. I don't know if you change the comforter with every guess?

- Parking in their garage is misleading. Their website mentions both self park and valet but no one told us in advance that it was valet only until after the attendant registered us. - The rooftop crowd can be overwhelming. Elevators end up being super crowded with all non guests coming to the rooftop.

I loved the room very clean.the staff were so friendly a great roof top bar and a speakeasy. The location is good for most things bus stops right outside for Georgetown and union station.

The front desk man that worked Friday morning was really rude I request a 10am check in for my stay and I planned a photoshoot at 11am paid for a specific time and when I checked him he told me that it’s not a 100% sure that you’ll be able to check in at 10am. If it’s not possible it shouldn’t be a option that’s not fair to people traveling in. He was very rude and basically told me he’s let me know when but it wouldn’t be until 1-2pm, the front desk lady next to him noticed how he was being rude I came multiple times to check in he wasn’t at all attentive the lady was very kind but it was just very unfortunate the photographer had to move the rest of her events to accommodate the time difference we didn’t get into the room until 12:30 almost 1pm. I loved the experience but I definitely felt the financial and inconvenience of this situation and wasn’t really happy with how he treated me. Great location but I definitely had an additional charge from the photographer for having to stay later than scheduled.

Did not like the 22% gratuity on 2 beers at the bar restaurant attached to the hotel. Also every time we tried to access the hotel rooftop bar it was either closed for a private party or too crowded to find a seat which was disappointing.

We arrived early in the morning. We had no expectations for check-in so early. After we stored the luggage we went out for a sightseeing tour. However, when the formal check-in time passed at 15:00 the two rooms for a family of 5 were not ready even though the reception knew about our arrival in the morning. At 16:00 one of the rooms was not ready yet. Too bad.

At checkin the girl could hardly be heard because her voice was so soft and high. The room (the study) was too small especially the bathroom. There needed to be more plugs for phones next to the bed and in bathroom. There wasn’t enough shelves to put things on in the bathroom. The record player and records took up valuable room; a dumb decoration. There was no free coffee for the guests in the lobby. Had to pay for everything we drank or ate. I waited in line for 30 min. for coffee and a roll at the Bakery downstairs. Only 2 people were working. - Got one small apple pastry to go at night and the bill was 22.00! - There was only BET TV stations being played 24/7 in the hotel lobby. - All in all, the value for what we got was expensive especially after taxes, valet parking, and fees added to the bill. -

The shower head really was strong and put out a strong stream of water. The room was clean.
