Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesFor the price, the room should have had a refrigerator and microwave. I travel a lot and if I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else. Tallahassee in general seems to be slim pickings for a good hotel at a reasonable price. Pool was much smaller than depicted, and the hot tub was not useable. No AC in the bar although the bartender was A++. I didn't find the bed comfortable, but I have back problems so that happens a lot when I travel. Parking was not a fun experience . Cramped spaces and barely enough of for all guests. Hot water was restored before we left our stay... but it gave me anxiety to walk in the lobby to check in while 10 people were downstairs arguing about the hot water and the lack of service (No towels, credit card machine down etc). I was worried the stay would be much worse but really.... if it had a refrigerator and microwave.... All would have been forgiven.
The view was nice. The bartender was nice. Location was close to what I needed. I come to Tallahassee every Father's Day to put flowers on my daughter's father's grave. We travel a lot, but I always have problems finding a nice hotel in Tallahasee. This was the best (so far) but still not to par with hotels in Orlando for the same price.

United StatesLighting in room could be better, Netflix on television would work because of bad internet connection. Beds could be softer but they are okay for the price.
Fastest and easiest check in I’ve ever had and i travel twice a month for work. All front desk employees went out of their way to greet me each time I exited into the lobby and I felt welcome!

United StatesThe room was very noisy even at tge 10 th floor. The noise came from the street, from neighbors rooms, from hallways.
The staff was really nice especially at breakfast, they did everything to make us feel welcomed and satisfied. Very thankful for that.

United StatesThe room is very dark. And housekeeping is horrible. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. When I moved in I asked them to clean it and they didn’t. Then for the following day, maid service did not show up and I had to go to the front desk and asked for maid service, which finally came and did a poor job. Then I was double billed for the room and it took three trips the front desk to supposedly have the problem fixed. But the double charge hasn’t yet reversed out. And the staff keeps telling me that it it’ll take a few days to drop off whatever that means.
I liked that it was relatively close to FSU

United StatesUnbelievable, that the person in housekeeping who was in charge of cleaning my room thought it was appropriate not to make the beds. I stayed there a total of three nights and I complained night two and three to no avail. That the beds weren’t made, and my complaints fell on deaf ears unbelievable

United StatesOverpriced for my cracked sink with low flow faucet. Had a palmetto bug in my room one night. Was there for 2 nights and put on the do not disturb sign and my room was entered and the garbage was empty and towels replaced. For 2 nights, I preferred no one enter my room and I had my laptop and iPad out. No refrigerator in the room. View was of the roof of the lobby with a light shining in my room all night. Elevators were filthy. Instead of vending machines, they had a ridiculously overpriced pantry. Won’t be staying here ever again.

United StatesI reserved 2 beds for 3 people. When I got there, none available —SO 3 People Had To Sleep In One Bed.😡 Only option was a king bed. Was not given breakfast coupons though I paid for them, no internet the entire stay and there system showed I was in the “reserved “room, they didn’t know I was in the king 🤷♀️When I called to ask for receipt to see what I was being charged for, I advised by desk the supervisor or general manager would call me back, no one has called me back to this day. 👎🏾👎🏾 Found out at checkout.
Natasha at the desk, the chef and server for breakfast buffet were the only saving grace. They were all wonderful 🙌

SpainI did not like what happened with the breakfast. When I went to check breakfast options I was told there was a buffet that day due to high occupancy. I could not afford such an expensive breakfast and I said that, and wanted to leave, but I was promised I could select a small option and be charged just for a couple of things: side potatoes and side eggs. That is the bill I signed for: less than 7 dollars. I requested to charge the room and I went to check out. At the moment of check out I insisted to the Front Desk Agent on duty on paying the breakfast. She told me it had been not yet added to the room and told me just to leave. Now the hotel has charged me a FULL buffet breakfast I have not signed for in any bill. That is terrible and a scam. If I had known I would simply not have had any breakfast. I would never come back to the hotel and I will speak to my bank about it.
The quality of the rooms was great.
