Our Air Conditioning didn't work well and the Hot Tub was not working properly and shut down due to heating issues. Just a little annoying

TVs did not work which was a huge bummer. Wish we were notified about this prior to arriving or at least given a credit. The front desk receptionist was not welcoming at all. When I asked for another blanket for my son, she threw her food down and said “hold on”. She was eating and watching a tv show on her phone. Not professional.

Unfortunately my bathroom wasn't a perfect fit for a physically disabled person. Despite my requesting such when I made my reservation. But the manager and maintenance crew tried what they could to help me stay safe and comfortable. The hot breakfast options was limited and only mildly tasty.
I really appreciated how friendly and supportive each staff member I dealt with was towards me. I was very happy the manager got the hot tub working and available during my last few days. It was great to relax in.

Being an older couple, not receiving a bathroom with higher toilet seat was a pain. When I booked the room I requested the same room we had on the 20th. But didn't get it.

Hard to get out of. Had to take a different road to go to the desired direction. Also we found metal staples all over the parking area - hands ful. Worker thought it was when they replaced carpet and they didn’t check the area.

The hotel needs updates.. get rid of the dirty carpet in the elevator and replace with tile. The bedding needs to be replaced. The bed skirting need to be replaced. The tub was dark and needed resurfaced. Get rid of carpet in the dining area so the employees can clean it with efficiency.
The staff were friendly and attentive. The staff were all very welcoming!!

Our room smelled of paint and the bathroom exhaust fan didnt work so had that smell the whole night. The beds need new mattress The pool was pretty cold so stick to the hot tub!
The room was very clean and bug free! We had a few places to eat right by and it was easy to get to from the Interstate. The area seemed safe and well kept. The breakfast bar had something for everyone and healthy options too. The hot tub and pool area was clean and stocked with towels!

I was so disappointed with the pool and hot tub. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, but it was not working the whole 3 days I was there. The pool looked nice, but it was freezing. I love to swim, and I know that the pool was too cd. When I asked someone at the desk about, she didn't know.
Breakfast was really good and the lady working there during the week was so nice. She seemed to love her work serving people. Actually the staff were all nice, smiling, asking if I needed anything.

Room was dirty. Subpar. Bugs and ants on walls and floor. Dried blood on towel. Dirty smudges on mirror. I checked out first night. Have receipt for one night. Staff was apologetic. I will dispute my credit card against you and the facility if there is any attempt to collect more than the one night for $142.60.
