It is very expensive considering it is a motel with very old facility and decor. My family didn't even feel safe. But it is all about location, right?

The location is between two big national parks, which makes the travel easy. Although We didn't see any staff, communication through email was sufficient if you read the long long text carefully.

Pricy; BUT that could just be the high season? I was there in mid-May.

It's a great place, full of character. Well done on decor! And thanks for the microwave and a characterful fridge :-) Outlaw Saloon is a few minutes walk away - featuring free pool and lots of cold beer and hot food.

At one point the microwave and TV were running at the same time and broke down… This wasn’t something I didn’t like about it. It was just really funny and I was really grateful that the hotel staff came right away to fix it.

This hotel was the perfect ending to a long multi-hour endeavor day of driving. It was hilarious to walk into, and I and my father absolutely loved it.

We had to ask another party to see whether there was an office. If there had been no other party there, we would have been out of luck. Really great room decor with the Harley motorcylce theme.

My brother and I arrived around 8:30 pm, so it was dark. The motel was there, but no roadside presences like a vacancy sign or lit up sign. No light was present for the office either for us.

The things that could have been better were more with the location than the Galaxy. As I said before, there are almost no dinner options. Go up the street about 20 minutes, closer to Bryce Canyon and there are a few more options for dinner. However, the people we met in town were very friendly.

We were looking for a place between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks and Hatch is exactly that. Don't expect much, Hatch, Utah has very little to offer, 2 restaurants, 1 coffee shop. We were there late in the season, so we didn't meet any staff, but communication over text messages worked. Because we were there late, there was no housekeeping. It's just a small place, Harley decor. It was good for the price.

To be honest, the whole process to the check in was a bit confusing. First I good lots of text via the Booking Messenger, then the same message (mixed with some others) came several times again - even a few days before my stay. At the day I booked even before I had checked in I received a message asking me about my stay and if I was happy with it. When I arrived at 8:30 pm (latest check in was given as 9 pm) the whole motel was dark. The motel on the other side of the street which I should get my keys from as I read in one of those messages, was closed aswell. To call one of the two phone numbers which were given in case of questions was possible but very expensive if you've got no US-SIM card. I endet up at a saloon a couple of meters away were one of the staff members let me do the call. The Staff-Member of the motel met me in the saloon and from then everything was fine. Under the bottom line, nothing really bad but that was by far the most complicated and long check in I've had so far ^^

The Motel is really one of a kind. The atmosphere & creativity are really special. It was clean, calm, with comfortable beds and a parking lot right in front of the room. The staff was kind and helpfull as we met finally and the location quite good.

I like to have soap at the sink and in the bath. Other than that, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

This is the quirkiest motel room I've ever seen - perfect for lovers of all things Harley Davidson! The room had a refrigerator and microwave, plenty of space to hang clothes, and a welcoming bathroom. Check in and check out was a breeze!
