Hotel is on a stop for Water Taxi but this now costs $35 per person each day. Cost is not hotel fault but it is relevant as it is main transport to and from hotel if you do not have a car. Unfortunately rooms are not available until 16.00.

Nice riverside location, comfortable garden furniture. Walking distance of a few restaurants and Galleria Mall.

Seems Diamond Hilton Status means nothing here if you booked thru Bookings.com -a 3rd party.. ?? Apparently it is not about how many stays you make at a Hilton that makes you loyal, but how you book. Shame on Hilton Honors. No staff to help with luggage.

My room was horrible. The room smelt awful to point where we bought a candle to mask the smell of mildew. Rug looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Food and staples all over rug. Kitchen cabinets were peeling off. Air-conditioning unit was extremely loud..

The lighting could have been better and brighter as I was on the street side vs. the water side. The bathroom was also missing a hairdryer. I called to see if I could get an earlier check in that day, and they said they should be able to accomodate me. However, when I got to the hotel at 2:00, they said they would call me when there was an availability. At 3:50 I checked in with the front desk again and they had no recollection of my request (I guess a changing of staff) but I did get a room.

The Water Taxi was by far one of the greatest experiences and way to get around to see the sights. Also enjoyed being next to the Galleria Mall. My room was really great although I didn't stay in it very long as I was attending a wedding Would have liked a chance to check out the beach but maybe next time. Nice lounge area on the canal and lots to see just hanging out there. Also, the fitness room, although small, packed a lot of punch - including a Peleton bike, weights and treadmill.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to pay for parking but it’s still a 10/10 for me.

The property is beautiful. It’s located close to the beach and has a lot of shops and restaurants surrounding it. The staff at the front desk are wonderful and the housekeepers were great.

The sofa bed was broken but they did offer to have someone look at it but my aunt declined so that wasn't so bad we were able to deal with it.

I liked the staff I also liked the fact that it was one of the stops for the water taxi. There was a mall right next door. The beach was a 38 minute 2 mile walk and we actually enjoyed the walk back to the hotel. The little kitchenette provided a way for us to enjoy breakfast without breaking the bank. I do however recommend the hotel's restaurant we ate dinner the first day and breakfast on my birthday and the food and service was awsome.

My room smelt terrible from the moment I stepped in the door. The toilet in my room didn’t flush properly and the people across the hall had the same issue. Mm

It was near a really nice mall and all the activities/trips that were planned. One or two nice staff members.

very tired needs some TLC pool area never cleaned in the 3 days we were there , you need to request to have room cleaned? never happened one day the road noise is very loud as the windows old and don’t take away the noise

this property is very old and outdated and needs remodeling and general maintenance. The carpets throughout the room smelled like a wet animal, the fixtures were broken throughout, the shower heads were visibly rusted, and the air conditioning is faulty. The front desk refuses to answer the phone in the lobby. After having to constantly taking the elevator back and forth to the front desk to discuss the issues I was offered an ultimatum of leaving or accepting $75 for the inconvenience otherwise the Police would be called and I would be arrested for trespassing. this ultimatum came from the management of the property - both the director of the property and head of management.

We were promised that our room would be cleaned every day of our 5 day stay but was cleaned only once!! Also we had an issue because we had booked a room with breakfast included but then the hotel told us that is was not (problem luckily was solved by Booking the following day)

this is our second year staying here and we absolutely love it and will be coming again next year. walking distance from publix, cvs, some restaurants, and the beach. quick uber rides to other restaurants and shops and Las Olas.
