We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe air conditioning did not have a continuous fan feature, so I woke up every time it turned on and off. Also, we were on the top floor, so the air compressors on the roof above us also were very noisy when they went on and off. We didn't get much sleep.
Very clean, pool area was nice and the bed very comfortable.

United StatesRude Staff , wouldn’t recommend. Asked simply for help on small appliances like Tv and Air Conditioning. Was treated with the worst attitude ever. Was forced to leave around 9:00 am when check out was at noon … if I’m being charged 155 for one night … ( ridiculous price btw ) then I should be able to sleep in until the last possible minute before checkout .

United StatesWe arrived at 4:00, check in was 3, room was not ready and they said we are on wait list. Said it would be at least an hour and a half. That was not acceptable because we had a dog and somwhrere we had to be at 5:00. Staff not helpful. Ended up finding a room at hotel across the street. Second time I stayed here, will be the last. last time we booked two rooms, wanted to cancel one 4 days in advance, they said we could not cancel because there is a football game. Everything I found on my reservation said I could but they would not.

United StatesI reserved the room through booking.com. your pool was shut down. booking.com didn't know that. Because they confirmed that you had your pool open my daughter and wife went and bought a new bathing suits at Walmart The pool was the sole reason we were staying there. That's why I made sure , when I reserved the room. Not only that at 8:00 in the morning there was a hammer drill from the construction below and down the hallway we paid $150 to stay in your hotel granted I blame the pool on booking.com but we should not have had to have been woken up by the construction at 8:00 in the morning when checkout is 11:00 I paid a little extra to stay at your hotel I chose to do that because I assumed the accommodations would exceed those of a choice or Wyndham Hotel instead it fell well short we drove down from northern Minnesota to bring my father to a doctor's appointment in Ames the doctor's appointment was the highlight of the trip
The staff was friendly. My kid enjoyed the elevator. The french fries were good in the restaurant
