Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only thing that comes to mind is a sign @ the main road & @ the turn into the street, using our “gps”, it wasn’t an issue.
The staff ~ very professional, friendly & helpful! The breakfast was great & enjoyable. Loved the happy hour & choice of a water or soda daily. Location was perfect for us, we were touring the military base & museums. With the “extras” offered, we felt the value to the price. Already recommended to friends who stayed there Wednesday to this weekend!

The coffee area should be moved to an easier access for all guests because it was not one for me I ended up spilling two cups of coffee because it was a cramped area that everybody was trying to fit into which another guest bumped into me and that's how I ended up spilling the coffee so I would move it to a different area so that everybody can get it equally

breakfast was great, also had a late afternoon meet and greet with snacks and a soup and chips evening meal all included. They offered glassware for breakfast which provided a bit of class to the breakfast. Mostly quiet stay. a couple of rowdy guests were dealt with quickly. Very accommodating staff at any hour of the day or evening.

overall a good experience
breakfast was lacking, good coffee, pastries, and other items, but the hot items lacked, I miss the sausage and eggs for making breakfast sandwiches, but, used to be better, and they stopped drinks at night too.

The flat pillow's but, some other people like my Husband like them:)
Pretty much everything:) The staff was Great, breakfast was good and filling, social hour was a nice bonus as well as the pool and spa being open 24 hour's:) It was a very good size room and very comfortable:)

Not applicable because this place is great!
Breakfast is always awesome! We love coming here for yearly trips and while this one was outside the norm, we enjoyed our time here. One or more of us is usually getting a tattoo while we are here and over the last three years no one has ever gotten any kind of infection while staying at the hotel. It is very clean and well kept.

Absolutely wonderful experience, very clean and they offer so much like snack and drinks with stay. It would definitely be great to update the furniture colors, super comfy but feels old and dated, so in pictures and in person almost a turn off.

The workout room could use some updating, like free weights.
I liked the staff - all were very friendly! I liked the free dinner, the free appetizers/happy hour in the afternoon, the free breakfast, the drinks made available to guests, the cleanliness and the parking. I liked having a workout room, although it needs some updating.

Plenty of options for breakfast, both hot and cold. The staff at breakfast was most friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having the small kitchen in the room to heat up a few things in the evening. Room was spotless and mattress was very comfortable.

Would have preferred black tea; there were many nice tea choices but in the morning I don't care for flavors...so pls consider adding black tea. Also had take out containers but they were styrofoam which is bad for people and the environment; please get paper ones. Thanks
Nice location- off the main drag so quiet. Wonderful lobby and spacious room- I could live here. Bed comfy, 4 pillows on king bed (yay), and variety of firmness which I like. Many TV channels, and could swivel to watch from sofa or bed. Kitchen in room with decent size fridge, stove, microwave and real utensils and plate. Great breakfast with lots of choices, real plates, silverware and lots of choices, and a lovely lady attendant. Excellent coffee and choice of 3 roasts.
