Had a few unexpected issues. The plugs by my bed didn’t work so couldn’t charge things there nor turn the light on. I think there must have been something strange with the wiring though because someone came in late at night when I was trying to sleep and somehow turned the light on on my bunk??? Don’t even know how that possible but they did. I also noticed a lot of the light switches didn’t properly work in the room, just nothing happening at all. An inconsiderate dorm mate turning every light on there could find and then leaving them on when they left the room didn’t help (not the hostel’s fault though). Room also got absolutely freezing towards the middle of the night and there was no way in there to adjust. My recommendations would be to have curtains around the bunks and not have the light directly overhead for the top bunks, that was horrible. Also some more pool loungers would be great! There weren’t many and they were always taken.

The hostel is in a good location, 40 mins walking from Ocean Drive, and close to bus stations around. They have good wifi, and a swimming pool. Late check-out for an extra 11 dollars worked out really nice for me. As for the minuses: the beds could use some privacy curtains for example, so this way you wouldn't be bothered by the other occupants if the room. No AC controls in the room, everything is controlled from frontdesk/lobby, and get ready that in some nights it's gonna feel like you're sleeping in the freezer...

Front staff was rude to me. They were not friendly nor help at all with the snubby attitude they had. Even when checking out the next day staff did not help and made my experience any better.

Clean, quiet all I needed in one spot for the night. Cleaning staff helped me out more with directions to find my room than the front desk.

I didn’t like the lack of communication. I left something at this property and called over 15 times for a week straight and got no answer. I emailed the hotel and again never received a response. There is absolutely no way of getting in communication with this property in case of an issue/situation happens. Never again!!

I couldn't handle the loud music in the lobby. It was too much for me, and made it difficult for me to stick around and speak with front desk staff when I had questions.

we comes to the hotel after the long fly early morning so we keep the luggages in the storages hotel and we return at 3pm for the check in and the room was not ready, so we wait until the guy found a room available. it was not a big deal but I don’t like it at 3pm all must be ready

Fantastic facilities and location, right in the heart of Miami beach. Great public transport nearby (many of said options are FREE) and a fab art deco theme throughout, in tune with much of the rest of Miami beach.

One of the staff was rude. When I asked for another key to the room. Like I lost a golden card or he had to pay the extra key out his own pocket. No parking available so the cost of stay was doubled. A hotel with parking was going to be a better option.

I don’t think that there ia anything to like. It’s a hostel and they provide nothing. My choice of course but, there was nothing to like.

Lovely little hidden gem, staff were friendly (we could even check in at 11am) the room was amazing, beautifully decorated and clean. The location was also good. There’s a restaurant within the hotel which served delicious food. Spacious outdoor area with pool and more. Highly recommend
