The place is a land lord special, made in the 1970's and ran down. Instead of proper building repairs the owners just cover it with more paint. It was clean so I give them that but when there are 1/4in gaps around your door, a bowed ceiling, and completely worn out un-usable outlets in the room, it makes you question what else are they hiding they can't paint over. Is there mold in the AC unit? Is the water safe to drink? They advertise breakfast but that was two boxes of cereal with an unrefrigerated jug of milk. There is good value but for charging the same cost as local big brand hotels, just no comparison unless this place was substantially cheaper. If the cost was 30% less I would consider this a great value and wouldn't mind staying again.

Older hotel that has been modernized, but not overly renovated. Antiquated, card-style door latches. Card required 2 insertions and then it was the 'shoulder-to-the-door' exercise ! Hot water was non-existent and water pressure was low. Continental breakfast....BAH ! Seemed to be more empty rooms than occupied ones. Lots of highway noise but not enougn to interrupt sleep. All in all, spent more time away from hotel than being there. Probably won't be a repeat customer, if other choices are available.

Bed was comfortable, but had to request additionall pillows. Desk clerk was helpful with fulfilling requests. Fairly good location.

Sheets didn't fit the king mattress and kept coming off one side. Shower head was only 5' high so had to duck to rinse head and shoulders.. Basic, scratchy towels. Outer door didn't seal which let light and air in.

Room was clean, no smells or bugs, shower was hot, A/C was not too noisy and worked well. I don't know about the breakfast because we didn't try it. Parking was real close to the rooms.

I think the staff can be more attentive. There was a cricket in the sink and I saw a bug or a little roach in the restroom. The shower needs to be in better condition. The only breakfast they had was cereal.

Maybe that it was off the freeway and somewhere to sleep. I appreciated that front desk called me to return my debit card when I forgot it at the front desk. Thank you.

Rooms are very dated but they were clean. Light by bed did not work. Did have floor lamp in its place. No light switch at door to light room when I came in.

The online pictures are very misleading. The first thing I noticed was the 1970's model couch that was in the room. Looks like something they picked up at a yard sale. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. The pillows did not have any protective covers on them and were covered in stains.

This hotel was 6 minutes away from the Southwestern campus. I was in town visiting my daughter for the weekend and this location was very convenient. Overall, it served a purpose and me and my family felt safe.

The room felt a little stuffy and felt a little claustrophobic. Second door at the back of the room didn’t have a good lock on it and didn’t feel as secure. Was charged 20 fee at checkin and still have not been refunded still after weeks. Other than that it was not bad.

Was easy to get to room from parking area. Updated rooms were nice.

The floor of the bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling up. The drain itself was not fastened to the tub floor causing it to move and not drain the water, and paint chips were going down the drain. The entrance doors were poorly fitted and light could be seen coming in around the edges, while causing the smell of the use of marijuana and alcohol in the other rooms to drift through the hallways, but not inside my room. Had it been smelled in my room, I would have changed hotels.

Appeared to be well cleaned both nights I stayed.
