My significant other fell when walking to the outside bar area. There needs to be yellow paint indicating there is a step down. He does not have sight in one eye so he has no depth perception. There should also be a railing on the steps in the outside area. It would have been handy to have a stability bar installed in the bath tub area for stepping out of the bath tub. I also think the white bricking around the underground parking garage could be a hazard to children who may walk along the top and could fall into the entrance of the parking garage.

In general the property could use some attention to detail for the price they are asking. Some repairs and touch ups here and there wouldn’t hurt but it didn’t look run down in my option. It is expensive … but every accommodation is at lake George and there is a lot of convenience at this property. The beach access is small if you are more into the lake then the pool you may want to find a property with a bigger beach. The staff is very friendly but you get the impression no one is really running the show. We had dinner there one night and the food and drinks came out in the strangest order. All appetizers and meals at once to a couple people in the family while others at the table were still waiting for their drinks… sort of weird but the food was good so we didn’t care. Fire pits are always taken - get there early to claim one of you have your heart set on doing that.

Great property! We came as a group and got 5 rooms. four of us got the pool side rooms that have chairs out front of them in the walkway but not the private balcony with two queen beds. The beds were comfy. The pillows were comfy and plentiful. The room was clean and spacious enough for my sister to put a pack n play for her baby in hers. Shower was nice. AC was cold (although not quite as frigid at nighttime…). The text service is brilliant. The staff is very friendly. The pool is awesome. There were always plenty of chairs for everyone around the pool. The drinks at the pool side cabana were good and strong. They play music but it isn’t blaring loud so it’s an enjoyable atmosphere in my opinion. Lots of tables with umbrellas if you want to have lunch or dinner lake side and pool side. The little beach access is nice and you can rent kayaks/floats there and there are Lounge chairs there too. My parents got a lake side room that overlooked the beach access and it was a great place for all of us to gather on their patio since our rooms didn’t have anywhere for the group to gather. The food is really good there. even the breakfast buffet was good and convenient. The fire pits are cool if you can get one in time. They were always full when we wanted one. Very close to all restaurants, a price chopper, the park, the boardwalk etc.. you can walk there in 5-10 minutes.

We had a defective toilet (room 350) which continued to present problems for the duration of the stay. Management, however, we’re quick to act to try to rectify the issue. The room was very dark at night, there is a lack of lighting, especially in the bottom half of the room closest to the desk.

Large room, comity bed, property well looked after, staff excellent. Good location close to shops/restaurants. Safe and relaxed lake-front resort. A good night sleep and surprisingly quiet.

Overall the staff was exceptional, we had an issue with the door locking and it was addressed quickly. Only 1 staffer that spoke to us when we were unloading the car, he was extremely rude and don’t want to give us his name. But if it wasn’t for that incident then it would have been great absolutely love it there!

The drinks at the cabana bar were not great, barely tasted the alcohol. The room could use more hooks in the bathroom and a full length mirror. Better signage to pool/patio area. Upgrade the landscaping i.e. add more flowers.

I had lunch and late dinner at cabana bar and food was very good. Quiet in the evenings. Beds n pillows are very comfortable. The chairs outside the room was a plus.

We loved everything, this was my fist time at lake George and everything was beautiful. We enjoy all the moments in Family. I recommend this ressort. We will definitely coming back next year. The staff was super nice.

We needed to ask for a hair dryer as there wasn’t one in the room. We could hear the kids next door as clear as day, so that wasn’t great. The parking lot was somewhat off limits due to deliveries.

Accommodating and kind staff. Updated room. Great location.

The outside seemed run down and the stairs were so damaged, they seemed like a tripping hazard. The outside in general just seemed to be outdated and run down, especially compared to neighboring resorts.

The staff was very friendly and I loved the feature of texting for questions. The view was gorgeous down by the pool/bar. The room was very clean and the bathroom was small but also very clean. The inside of rooms was very modern and I have no complaints.

Noise wise, we could hear older kids running around later at night around 10pm which was not ideal for our younger kids (toddler and baby)

Decent size rooms, staff was attentive daily with fresh towels, etc which was nice. The outside bar by the pool was nice and convenient. The dined at the restaurant for breakfast, it was a bit unorganized and communication could've been better but the food was good.

I did not like that I had a conjoining room and we could hear everything from the next room. The people in the next room had the tv blaring late at night all night you could see the room lights through the door which did not make it very private since they were not with us. Also construction started very early in the morning.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Location was great within walking distance.
