My room was nice clean. The bathroom looked to be fairly new. The room had a metal folding chair not comfortable for watching TV an upholstered chair would have great improved the room.

The location was great the beach was a very short walk. Lots to do in the area.

Through out the day I had nothing but nats and mosquitoes in my room which bother me. The people that above me room me made so much noise all night. This was my only staff

Parking, not enough of it. People had to double park and block people in. We went out for the evening and when we got back there were no spaces but a car was parked behind 2 other cars. We drove around the block looking for a place to park, but there wasn’t any. I had to get out of bed at 1 am to let the staff out, even though they didn’t answer the phone when we called to ask about parking.

It was recently renovated and clean. It was on A1A and close to the ocean and a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Wifi in room 7 was not the best but again the staff were accomodating in giving us access to their wifi. As a couple we only needed one bed but the room came with two - no complaints as it meant the room was larger and gave us a place to lay down clothes

Price for room in location was acceptable given the amenities. Location was great. Room could have been cleaner but was acceptable. The staff were very friendly although speaking spanish makes it easier! Parking it a little limited but the staff was very accomodating.

No tables or dresser to set belongings on and hard to access outlets to charge phones, etc. Had to lay them on the floor to plug in. The courtyard has lovely tropical plants, but it could use some gravel or mulch in the bare dirt. The sidewalks and outdoor corridors need painting & the outdoor furniture looks threadbare. Maybe go to some thrift stores and buy vintage outdoor seating? With just a little TLC this place would be amazing!

It was old Florida vintage, very tropical ambiance. The room was recently remodeled, comfortable bed and sparkling clean bath with new walk in shower & vanity. Really short walk to the beach with a great restaurant on the corner. Very quiet, thankfully just far enough from all the noise on the strip.

I don't speak spanish which is clearly language number 1 in that hotel, but some did know english so it was ok. The walls are super thin, i would not sleep without ear stoppers, so you could hear things from the street etc. The stay in the hotel during the week was impossible due to a huge construction site across the street. The Wi-Fi was pretty bad.

I was there for work, so the distance to the conference location was crucial. The price was good considering what was around. The people there were nice and helpful. The room was fairly clean and well taken care of. They provide water to drink, beach towels and sun protective filter (lotion)

The television didn't work well. There was no continental breakfast/coffee. For the price there should have been. The staff tried hard though. The place was very clean.
