Our room which was a suppose to have a view of the water was blocked by a big 70 ft yacht dock right in front of us. Chairs in the main eating area where the music is were very uncomfortable. Also the bars down by the beach were playing obnoxious music during the day using explicit language while there was little kids all around.

Location is excellent. Staff at the front desk and the main outside area where the bands play were very courteous. Beautiful views on the beach. Nice outside sitting area from your room.

The ac barely worked, we sweated at night when it wasn’t middle of summer Florida, which is crazy to me. I could only imagine what summer time is like.

It was nice. Cool that the bar was on site, the views were fantastic for a sunset. I loved the private balcony we had too, it was screened in to keep the mosquitoes out.

The shower was too hot!! Had to put it on all the way cold and it was still hot , but bearable. In other words, no cold water in the shower . Called from desk and no one came to check it

Only the price I paid, but was mostly my fault as I booked too late, the price was 350+ for a smaller apartment, which normally is less. But I cannot complain about that. Next time I will book weeks in advance!

I loved the location, right next to the water, and my room was a double queen, excellent views and super clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk ladies were fantastic! Parking situation is interesting but not terrible, it gets pretty packed as most people don't stay at the resort.

This property is open to the public and not enough security to handle it. Sunday evening we were kept awake until 3:30am. All the loud parties/ people are suppose to be quiet by 11pm.

The private beach area was beautiful. Our room was very nice with a very nice view. Cleaning people were great, also we needed a bathroom leak fixed and it was handled properly and in a reasonable amount of time.

Property is beautiful and restaurant onsite was good. The lobster wrap was very good and the waitress friendly and helpful. Basic room was good for one night. Water view was nice outside our room door. Chairs outside the room to have coffee.

The breakfast is something I could find at a motel six. Bands only on the weekend if then. Cool air made for limited guests so they decided to shut down the cabanas for food and drink. Everything. Even the lights. Basically the place was shut down. What we had was cool air, clouds and our option was to go to our room. I can do that at any motel anywhere but to be billed as a resort was ridiculous. First, they’re overpriced. If you’re going check the attendance out for your trip as they will shut it down if not enough people. Music only on the weekends at best. The cats begging for food at any dinner table was interesting.

Room needed updated. Especially bathroom. Also pool and hot-tub closing too early. Fire alarm sensor messed up and kept us up and awake.

The property has a mix of resort-like and motel-like sections. Unfortunately, we were placed in an area that didn't appeal to us, which was disappointing. Property is in need of some updates and likely, some additional cleaning staff. Additionally, we encountered a family of raccoons during the day, and the staff didn't seem to consider it a safety issue or something that should concern visitors.

Loved the location and the resort like areas were appealing.

Elevator or ramp

A lot of vehicles in parking lot… If you are paying $300 a night for a room , you shouldn’t have to argue with someone for your parking spot…

I thought the location would be good…but with the traffic on A-1, it was an oversight…
