We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Your staff was phenomenal. Sebastian was over-the-top awesome. The whole valet crew was fun and friendly. The bartender was especially helpful and the guy on security was super accommodating and warm and friendly. Best staff we have ever experienced outside of a sandals resort. Congratulations on creating such a great team.

We love this beautiful hotel! It has a nice, comfortable bar and dining area! Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the valet($55) for overnight, but most places are $65. The hotel is 2 blocks down from the State Farm Arena, so a great place to see a concert and walk back! The Rooftop Lounge has a beautiful skyline view too! Brooke, the hotel desk clerk, was very friendly and efficient! She greeted us with a smile a delicious cocktail! How nice! We chose a ticket for returning guests and members and won a $30 breakfast voucher to use the next morning. The breakfast was yummy! Friendly, efficient service with an impeccably, quiet, beautiful room with a view and nice bathroom! Yay!!! We love staying at the Glenn W in Atlanta!!!

Nice older hotel rooms that have been given a facelift. Good light and views and very little noise from the hallways.

United StatesThe rally of many many many cars and very very loud boom boxes on the roof of the parking lot across the street until 1:30 am. Hotel personnel had to call police to break up huge crowd.
Breakfast great. Location perfect . Brent at the roof bar, Thomas, who helped with luggage and get over my fear on the roof top and Craig the parking lot person were all wonderful. There was another guy in the parking area Tuesday who was wonderful, but I don't remember his name.
