I would've enjoyed this more had I had a refrigerator and microwave. Wish that was stated in the description. It was difficult to bring back leftovers back to the room from the restaurants.

We enjoyed the pool and the couple of restaurants that we ate at. The casino was enjoyable. We had a decent view from our room window. The room was spacious enough.

Parking is so far away from your room and you have to walk through the Casino to get to check into your room. I'd that could be changed it would be perfect!

I didn't like that being my first time there I didn't know where to exactly park or where check in was.

I love the location of the hotel , the rooms was nice, and I love the pool and bar . The restaurants was great. You didn't have to leave the place unless you want to. I enjoyed so much looking forward to coming again.

Staff in the casino always watching black people in groups more than other races in groups

The area, atmosphere, and friends. Casino staff were in my opinion cautious towards black groups more than any other groups.

THE ROOM HAD A FAKE NAIL IN THE BED AND A FAKE EYELASH ON THE PHONE CORD. THERE WAS ALSO A BANNER HANING ON THE WALL, IT WASNT OURS. THIS ROOM WASNT CLEANED GOOD

The room was okay. It didn’t seem extremely clean. There was soda on the side of the bed that someone must have spilled on another stay and I could smell it in my sleep and I went to move the side table and it was just sticky soda. There were also UNO cards I guess from previous guests that were under the coach. I just think housekeeping should be a bit more thorough. This isn’t my first stay I’ll still be back again and I hope to try the pool out next time.

I liked the closeness to the beach, the staff, the spa tub, and Michael Patrick’s food was amazing.

When we arrived to check in the computers were down. How you had to pass through the casino to get to your room from the parking garage. Also, there was some construction going on next door, and a lot of banging while we were trying to sleep. Prices at the pool bar were a little high priced. Was disappointed the pool and jacuzzi on the third floor wasn't open. That area should be only for adults The main pool was crowded with a bunch of kids.

Everything was nice. I later got a complaint from my husband in regards to the pool staff never approach him to ask if he wanted to order anything from the bar after sitting there for 45 minutes.

I didn't like all the restaurants closes so early. We on vacation and at least one on site restaurant should be open until 3.

We had a beautiful time for our 28th anniversary. Our King Bakcony room had an amazing view of the new amusement part and the gulf.

the room was in decent disrepair. lots of damaged surfaces, ice machine on floor was broken, bathroom wasn’t very clean, balcony dirty, disappointed no in room refrigerator. all around for price it made sense, but still underwhelming for a casino hotel on the coast. also frustrating that the bars couldn’t certain drinks. such as hoped for a bourbon smash…the bar 25 feet from a restaurant didn’t have fruit or mint…yet the restaurant served drinks with those items. just felt lazy or restricted by “policy” not customer forward.

Over all a very nice hotel, casino for the price. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Very impressed with housekeeping and maintenance whom we did have to call twice but took care of the issues immediately.
