The lady that was checking in seemed kinda rude when we were checking in. The bathroom wasn’t as cleaned from the look.

The smoke from the casino consumed everything. Even on the second floor, everything smelled of smoke. Why cant a casino be smoke free? I hardly think non smking would keep gamblers from coming (it didnt keep them out of the restaurants when they stopped allowing smoking). Just a thought.

The pool area was nice and fun, having affordable restaurants in the hotel a definite plus.

No refrigerator in room. No good place to unload bags. Rate for room was high but this is where my Family wanted to stay.

I do wish that the H20 Bar was 21+ there were a lot of kids on the weekend. Overall the stay was great. I wasn’t a big fan of the bathroom but that is just cosmetic and didn’t make or break my vacation.

When trying to get a players card Eureka was very rude

The rude players service employees. The bathroom room had extremely dim lighting, a leaking tub faucet, a barely flushable toilet, room service wouldn't answer, when they did they hung up and wouldn't answer again, we gave up, terrace and sliding doors were dirty, no music dock and the comy beds were not comfy as advertised, and then there was horrible parking. Also, The Buffet was closed permanently, disappointed about that. Only 1 place in hotel for sit down breakfast, with small, basic menu. Website needs updating, 2 year old info.

The pool was very nice, we had a good view of the pool and bay and a small marina, from our terrace, the hotel over all was very nice, the location is convenient to everything, the restaurants were all really good, the gaming floor was large, good layout. Most of the hotel employees were friendly and helpful

Well with the price of the room. it would have been nice if they would have gave us a free meal or some type of card with points on it that would help us come back for a free night stay or some type of credit to play at the machines.

Everything was ok, the only thing that was missing was there wasn't enough plug in. and not enough lights in the room. but beside that we had a great time. Our room was nice the bathroom was big and clean and we had a nice view of the Gulf of Mexico

we wish the buffet was open and that kids had their own area to swim. when you are trying to enjoy a drink in the pool and kids are jumping in and water goes in your drink…. it takes the relaxation away.

For the amount I paid, the room has flaws. Hot tub spot out globs of hair that wasn't mine. It definitely grossed me out .A/c vents were hanging down. Wallpaper was pealing away from the wall.

I didn’t like that the rooms did not have a refrigerator or Microwave. You spend too much money for a room to not have a microwave and/or refrigerator.
